Born and raised in Pensacola, Fred Thibodeaux spent a lot of time at The Shopper: a local classified ads newspaper owned by his mother, Susan Thibodeaux. After 44 years of being a staple publication of Pensacola, she decided to change the business and help him pursue his passion for brewing amazing craft beer.

Popped in for a few with a group of friends whilst on holiday. Helen behind the bar was super accommodating and even held our table for us for a while as we had trouble getting transport. The beer selection was so good we went back again the day after! Such a great, laid back brewery. Even got a small tour out the back to see the process. 5*

During a recent visit to Gloucester I took the opportunity to try Coastal Brewing beer over lunch, at one of the local hotels. I have only drank craft beers for the past 10 years and rated this beer very highly, as it was very similar to my current favourite 9.1% beer. I had not seen the beer in my fav. bottle shop so decided to chase it down 'on line'. The cost to buy a single beer is $10, which I can accept, as it is only slightly dearer then my present fav. but I was extremely disappointed to see a can was still going to cost over $9 a can buying by the carton. My current fav. beer is $80 a

Food truck was amazing!
Beer was ok, Service was below average and here’s why.
As a huge lover of craft beer we went out of our way to visit this brewery. Looking forward to tasting everything it had to offer.
We arrived 4 adults, 4 kids. Kids were sitting with us supervised and communicating between themselves. We were told to “keep the kids quiet as they had other patrons”
When we had a scan of the room, is was us, 2 bar staff and another 4 people chatting away doing their thing. The only person that could see a problem with this was the lady behind the bar.
We then watched the bar
