When do you know you need a partial wedding planner? Our meetings are fewer, but the work is all the same! We meet you where you are in your planning to start you on the right direction. It's hard to book vendors when they have tons of questions than you may not know how to answer! And nothing is worse than not even knowing where to find the perfect vendors, or even what to ask a vendor once you're on a consultation.
Starting From Scratch- We start from the very beginning and are there for you every step of the way! I build the most rewarding relationships with my brides as we spend so much time with them planning their special day. Full-Service planning is the execution of the full wedding experience. What do you do for full service wedding planning?
Together, we figure out the perfect way to design your ceremony. This includes the introduction of your bridal party, to your first walk down the aisle as officially married. Every package includes 1-hour rehearsal coordination where we double down on the ceremony walks, stances, and things not to do during your 15 min- 60 min ceremony (like locking your knees, the proper ceremony pace, & how to properly hold a bouquet).

Stephanie was my wedding coordinator for our wedding this June and she did an amazing job! We did the month of coordination and when i say she took care of everything--I mean she took care of everything! She was always one text away and responded so quickly to any questions I had which made me feel so much more at ease! I didn't have to stress or worry about anything especially the day of the wedding. She was so professional and sweet and gracious! Stephanie is my wedding MVP. She saved the day so many times. When my cake vendor had to be replaced 48 hrs before the wedding she found someone within an hour who could execute my vision under budget and with free delivery. When the venue was ignoring my calls she kept after them until she got answers. And when I decided the week of the wedding to hire a videographer she found a vendor with availability that same day who fit the budget.

Stephanie is an amazing outstanding coordinator. Since our initial contact, to my wedding day she provided amazing communication especially at crazy hours, usually when I was in bed. 😅 She provided a time line and kept me on my deadlines to book vendors. The recommendation options for vendors according to my budget exceeded all of my needs. Everyone working on my team was great! Even when I had to reschedule my wedding she took care of it all! Stephanie was a life saver. I wasn’t sure why my venue was requiring me to have a day of coordinator for my wedding, until I met Stephanie. Right away we had a meeting and went through a checklist. Stephanie sent me constant reminders and had all of my vendors in order. She works very fast and her communication skills are out of this world. Stephanie coordinated my wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She communicated throughout the time leading to the big day and was always on top of what needed to be taken care of. On the big day, everything is crazy and it all happens so fast but Stephanie didn't skip a beat, she went above and beyond. She helped out in areas that she didn't have to but she did because she is just so sweet and really cares about her clients.
