In September of 2003, Jon took a trip to Brussels, Belgium. After visiting a nearby Frietkoten on a gorgeous late summer afternoon, it was there, sitting on a park bench, eating frites out of a paper cone, that he had his epiphany. He thought, Why should Americans have to settle for ketchup as their lone french fry sauce option?
We can handle private events of all shapes and sizes and have catered events for as many as 1,500 people. No matter what size your crowd, Fryborg will get the job done. The idea for a french fry restaurant first came to Jon when he visited Belgium in 2003. Nine years later, Jon finally decided to not suck at life and, thus, Fryborg was born.

Lets get this out of the way, there's a couple of small tables, but this is a take out joint, best served ordering via website/app. I didn't put that together and brought a gaggle of kids in. They were open for National French Fry day only in between what sounded like a trying business situation, but despite that the owner insisted all of the fries were FREE due to the what-should-be-National holiday, wouldn't let me pay for them. So the owner is amazing, was incredibly kind and conversational to everyone that walked in despite how slammed they were. Food! Fries were great,

Beyond delicious Hand Cut Fries. The best around. Angus burgers delicious. Sauces amazing. Order ahead & pick-up or go in & order & takeout. No seating. Only 1 table. Great food. Well priced. Pleasant & friendly employees w/good customer service. Great salads, too and Craft Sodas. UBER Eats & Grub hub. They also have a food truck that goes around the area. ......Oh, and did I mention they also have a Belgian Waffle?

The fries and dipping sauces alone makes this place a must try! The sausages are really good and the fried chicken sandwich is the BEST I've had. I've ordered from the restaurant and the food truck and everything is always spot on. And the amount of food is just right. The owner is meh... but the rest of the staff is really pleasant and helpful. Always a good day when I see the truck at Two Roads.

Oh my gawd! I had heard about Fryborg about a year ago, with some friends telling me about their fried chicken sandwich. That it was the best in the world and that it is a must have. I'm just not a big fried chicken person so I didn't really think about it. Until some random craving for fried chicken entered my mind today and so I placed my online order through their website. And, well, I don't know if I'll ever stop craving their fried chicken sandwich. How can fried chicken delivered in the dead of winter come into my house and still be so superbly crispy? I've loved Fryborg for some time now, beginning with discovering their truck outside of my office on Church St in New Haven probably about 6 years ago. My coworkers and I frequented their truck more times than we'd like to admit! Their assimilation fries, cheesy bacon fries, the BLT fries.. *drool*. They are the best - owner is super friendly! I was ecstatic when they opened the Milford location and have never been disappointed. Perfect pit stop after hanging out at Silver Sands. Definitely give it a try - you will be hooked!

Yesss, as good as it gets. Ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich and the cheese fries. For those two items, never had better, Don't know what the sauce is on the chicken but it's amazing. The cheese fries have the liquidy melty cheese over the crisp shoestring fries, never had better. Great service too, waited in the car out front, was planning to come back in 10 minutes but they came outside and brought it out to me.

The one problem I have and have made it aware to these awesome folks is that I can't eat here every day. The fries are better than any other place, the burger patty is perfect and the desert is amazing. Choices are hard to make but the buttermilk chicken sandwich with Italian fries tops the week off. Go eat here and I'm sure you will understand.... top notch comfort food at a great price in the heart of Devon!

Fryborg catered appetizers for our wedding recently. They brought small portions of fries, sliders, grilled cheese, grilled brussel sprouts, and buffalo cauliflower and it was all a huge hit. They made everything very easy with scheduling as well. We simply told them what time the event was and when we needed them to come and that was it. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend having Fryborg at your next event.

Tried this place recently and the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich was beyond anything I've tried. And yes I've tried Popeyes. This is better because it is a local business. And their fries are excellent. I got the garlic sriracha dipping sauce and I almost licked the container the dipping sauce came in. Also during social distancing they are incredibly safe- curbside delivery. I highly recommend this place for take out. Plus it is a local business. Let's support them during these difficult times

Decided to give this place a try was I was a seeking a good veggie burger. They didn't disappoint. I kept it basic with spicy ketchup and mustard, pickles and onions. The brioche bun was perfectly toasted and soft. The fries were delicious. I'm not a fry connoisseur, and tend to waste them. But, these were crisp and seasoned with the perfect amount of salt and pepper.

This place is It...the specials and flavor combinations are inventive and delicious. For example, I just had the Wake - n - Bacon Burger, topped with marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, bacon jam, date mayo, and IDK what else was on there..but..it all worked soooooo well together! Trust this menu, OBEY THE FRYBORG!

Ok, so I may be biased because I've loved the Fryborg food truck for so long. I glad to say the storefront is the same exceptional food. Dipping sauces for days, Fryborg is known for their Belgium style fries and various jus. My personal favorites are the pesto mayo and balsamic mayo. Smoky BBQ is another favorite. Ok, ok...they're all good and really can't go wrong. Unlike the truck that gives 3 sauce options with a large fry, the store gives 2. Only 1 with a small fry. Extras are 50 cents each I believe which is totally reasonable.
