About Us Report

Our Pub is the quintessential neighborhood bar that started New Haven's Upper-State St. revival, 30 years ago. Our Pub Menu is known for our great sandwiches, nachos, salads and arguably, New Haven's best hamburger. We also have three TV's including a huge 8ft big screen TV - we are the place to be to watch your favorite sporting event.

Hours & Directions Report

Please use our parking lot directly behind the restaurant. It is accessible from Clark St. Please feel free to use it any time - block other cars in if necessary, just let one of our staff know if you do, so we can move cars around if we need to let someone else out. If our lot is full, please find on-street parking anywhere around the restaurant.

Horrible the wait staff was good I ordered the chicken Parm sandwich was horrible, looked good tasted nasty 🤢 the sweet potato fries were good. My friend ordered a burger which wasn't that great and his fries were steak fries not good. I never complain I complained and spit a mouthful out. The staff was quick to offer something else I refused and they took the meal off the bill

Fun corner bar with varied menu to select from. The salads and appetizers are delicious. They occasionally have live bands too, which is hard to find in New Haven. The new outside tented are and expanded game room makes the space even more fun!

The location has two variations of bar drinks and delicious food on one side and more intimate and sophisticated palette pleasing meals with light music on the other. The food is never a disappointment!! The wait staff are very friendly. Try to go on a weekday when there is less of a crowd. Overall good place to eat for both sides !!
