This is one of the most disorganized places I have ever been in contact with. Not only do they not return telephone calls but when you do actually get to speak with the Admissions Coordinator she is nothing more than rude. She doesn't seem to take into consideration that it is a loved one you are trying to obtain help for and I'm guessing that to her my loved one equals nothing more than $$$$. I have heard horrible things about this nursing facility but decided to gather my own information. Once done, I am grateful that they declined to offer a bed to my parent. He is a delightful person who enjoys

Needs a revamp. No color anywhere, rooms are sad looking. Battleship gray walls....sun room is less than, dingy to say the least.
With the cost of being a resident there I would think some improvements could be made.
Most of the care staff seem nice enough. But it's a depressing place to visit let alone live.
Come on. I'm sure there would be some family members who would agree and volunteer to head up a painting party or curtains could be made. Something....

Excellent nursing facility! Over the years, this skilled nursing facility (nursing home) has had many great changes! It is a family-owned and operated facility, has had many new renovations since the last time I was here. The staff were all super nice and it seemed there was some sort of nursing staff at every corner we turned while visiting either helping or ready to help. It is apparent and as most people from our area know, this is an older building, however, it is very well kept and maintained, and is always very clean. The few residents we spoke to while visiting were all very happy and content

This place is absolutely horrible, disgusting and depressing. My grandmother has been at this facility for about a year & we've had nothing but issues at this place. The staff is incredibly rude & shady. They mistreat these poor people & manipulate them into thinking their health is far worse than it actually may be just so they can pump them full of unnecessary drugs that deteriorates their mental & physical health so much quicker. They're literally just trying to free up beds and keep this horrible cycle going. Not to mention, they try to persuade them to sign DNR's "because it'll cause them

My mother is currently a resident for rehabilitation. The staff has been great with her care. The dietary menu is where I have my concerns. They don't provide a cardiac or diabetic diet. They have just a regular menu which is not good for people needing to monitor their sodium or sugar/carb intake. My mother is a heart patient with diabetes and her diet is contributing to some of her health issues.
