Services
In order to minimize the wait time, patients are seen by appointment only. Emergencies, of course, will be worked into the schedule as needed. When you call for an appointment you will be asked the nature of the visit. This information is important to determine the length of the visit. If you are unable to keep an appointment we request at least 24-hours notice of cancellation.
Keeping your family and yourself healthy includes preventive care. Often, insurance plans cover preventive services without charging a co-pay or coinsurance- even if you haven't met your deductible. Under the Affordable Care Act, many insurers are required to cover certain preventive services at no cost to you.
At our facility we provide medical weight loss services for those struggling to lose weight in a safe, healthy and sustainable manner. There are a lot of weight loss diets, but many of them only work temporarily because people start and stop them repeatedly. A successful weight management program allows overweight people to lose weight and keep from gaining it back.
To facilitate a smooth transition to our clinic, please feel free to print out and complete our New Patient Packet. Arriving 15 minutes early will allow a comfortable initial check in. We also ask that you bring your insurance card, valid drivers license or ID, and a list of all current medications.

I came here to say that if you're looking for a new doc in the area, this isn't it, but after reading the reviews, it seems that they should thin out some of their rude staff members in order to retain clients. Most of the negative reviews are recent. The PA is great, but the customer service is lacking to say the least. There's always a wait. I've been charged for random things I wouldn't have caught if I didn't look. I never got a call back about that... I've been told to "hold on" because I stood up in the lobby. I just think better organization and staff members that actually liked their job

If you’re trying to get ahold of them GOODLUCK. They take their lunches past the allotted time per voicemail, so they won’t even answer the phone or emails at that. Finally when I was billed for a visit - WELLNESS visit - they coded my appointment as something that didn’t pertain to my visit whatsoever, therefore my insurance not covering majority leaving me paying more out of pocket. They will not answer me about this.

Very professional, we arrived on time, no long wait, nurse took both me and my wife back, administered the shot, we waited 10-15 minutes as instructed, nurse then escorted us out with our ID cards and a pre-set appt for the 2nd shot. With all the national news describing confusion over the COVID vaccine, Your clinics has certainly figured out how to do it!! Thanks for taking care of us.

I didn’t have to wait at all. After completing the forms, I was taken back and was given the injection. Then I sat up front for 15 minutes to make sure I didn’t have a reaction. Everyone was extremely friendly.
I just received my second injection. The staff at this facility is fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable, friendly. The office is clean and well run. I really appreciate the ability to have gotten my Covid 19 shots here.

Beautiful and clean office with ample parking. Doctor is very kind, friendly and takes time with you answering the questions .Office check in process was seamless. I was able to get the vaccine at clinic. Staff was wearing PPE and was taking all necessary precautions. I felt safe. I will be going back for my second vaccine shot.

I’ve been going here for several years. Dr Visitacion is amazing as well as her PA Alex Moore. They genuinely care about the patients. From the front desk to the nurse to the PA to Dr V... I can only say that I am personally thankful for the help and care I have received through out the years mainly from Alex Moore. I’d like to boast on this office for their care and kindness to me. I recommend this physicians office.
