From our free beach to movie nights there are many enjoyable activities in Ocean City that are free. Family Movie Nights start at 7:30 p.m. every Monday and Friday with arts, crafts, games and other activities on the beach at 27th Street. Movies start at 8:45 p.m. and end at 10:30 p.m., weather permitting.
A security deposit of $150.00 per person is required at check in for all guests reserved in an efficiency or condo that is under the age of 25 years old. The deposit will be refunded at check out after room inspection, provided no damages, evictions, theft or destruction of hotel property. Beautiful room with 2 Queen size beds, 2 person Jacuzzi in the bedroom and direct view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Our stay was horrible. Room was not what we booked. It was so tiny the 2 of us could hardly get around. Most of the lights did not work. Recepticles did not work. No one explained to us there was no room service. Did not have coffee until 1 1/2days of asking. Everything we complained about was blamed on Covid. I'm sick of hearing that for an excuse. Don't be open if you can't meet your customer needs. Chairs on balcony were so flimsy I had to hold on to rail to keep from falling. Never any spaces in parking lot. Could barely get in and out to load and unload. Owner had their vehicle parked on side

When we checked in, we were told a maintenance man was repairing a drawer but we could still go in. There were no towels or wash clothes. We had to ask twice for them, then finally about 4 hours later a bag of towels was dropped off in the hallway. The room temperature was set to 62 degrees, and I wondered why so cold. When I looked around the room, there was mold everywhere, so they kept it cold to slow the mold from growing rather than removing it. The refrigerator had been turned off, and we returned it back on it never did work. The water took FOREVER to get hot, and then it only got slightly

Great view of the endless ocean!! my husband has never seen the ocean or even a real beach for that matter! when he walked out to the boardwalk and in the sand to the water having waves crashing on him as he… walked in the ocean for the first time in his life. the expression on his face was of utter amazement. he was truly speachless

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staffs are so helpful, professional and friendly. Shout out to Ashley at the front desk who checked us in. We had a last minute booking cos we had to leave the closet hotel we had mistakenly booked. When we arrived, we found out it was not what was advertised. We had to spend the first night scrambling to find another hotel. We found Ocean 1. They only had ocean view room but I wanted ocean front room. Ashley tried her best to accommodate my request. Ok... for $250 a night .... I can say you only paying for the convenience of the being near the boardwalk and beach. THAT's all. If it wasn't for my husband's effort to make this vacation happen, I would have checked out. I've seen better at the holiday in express. This room is screaming 1980's cheap motel ... clean but dingy. Carpet feels dirty. I kept my slippers on the entire time. POOR VENTILATION. Low water pressure. Tub is kid's size. Rusty sink, stained pillows and cases, had to go buy other sheets to cover the bed. If you choose to stay here, be prepared for the "General Manager" to demand at check-in an additional $200.00 per person "CASH ONLY" "SECURITY DEPOSIT". This is after you have already prepaid the nonrefundable cost of the room. If you refuse to pay the CASH ONLY so-called Security Deposit, they will make your visit as unpleasant as possible with verbal harassment and dirty looks throughout your stay. I wonder if the Owners of the property are aware of what their employee is up to with his CASH ONLY policy. In addition, the room was shabby and some of the appliances either didn't work at all or

We know that they were short staffed, so I will give them a break.
We were 2 people staying. Shower supplies were short. 1 wash cloth for the two of us. Told front desk, also asked for a second pillow they said they might not be able due to being fully booked and not having extras.
Replenishment was same second day. 1 washcloth. By third day we got the correct amount.
Good place to stay, but I do hope they get the help they need.

GREAT view and location to everything from the beach, amusements, and food. Stayed in 509 5th floor side view. Downfall is parking a block away...but not bad if you are not driving alot on your visit. Super easy and fast to get to. Rooms ok but bring a blanket as their beds are super tough on your body and blanket way too small. All employees were friendly. There was a weird smell in the room, thought it was A/Cbut...super surprised, it was NOT the filter...The housekeepers here are on point with their back breaking job (I cleaned hotel rooms about 30 years ago)..be kind to them.Not a single

This hotel would've been perfect had the cleanliness not been an issue. I spent and extra $20 for a room with a jacuJac tub. Upon arrival I used my flashlight to inspect the tub. I found human hairs all around and in it. I'm almost certain the room was not cleaned after the guests before us, as the same hairs were all over the bed. I would've asked for another room had I not been celebrating something and already drinking. So, we spent most of our time not in the room. Yes, we are a fan. Stayed her many times and it is one of the best. The staff at the desk makes it great. Parking, yes it can be a challenge but we really haven't let us go anywhere else. Location is FABULOUS! Can't ask for better and they are always updating their rooms. I have clean rooms, fresh towels and linens every time. I like that they are quiet and careful with their bookings. Priced right and if you call for the reservation they are very helpful. PIZZA really close and great GYRO's and Fries right next door. Are some of the concerns noted in previous reviews accurate? Sure. You're paying more for the location than for a luxurious mattress and high tech TV. But, if you're at the ocean and are that stressed about watching TV, you should probably stay home anyway.
The location is fabulous. We were right in the middle of everything, and had an amazing view of the sunrise from our balcony every morning.
We did have an issue with the room key, which was not fixed immediately, however, the manager apologized for the inconvenience and also

Beds are bad as noted in previous reviews...parking is a bit of a hassle...it's 2017 and the TV has to be at least 10yrs old based on it size...and it's missing the on off button. The hot tub in the room is interesting...I'm up on my shots but no way I would get in it...the room we have is huge...there was hot water for the shower...when we walked in the boys found a funnel cake in the microwave...the location is ideal if your a HS senior on your summer vacation...but hey this was a Wednesday reservation for this weekend...it's what it is

Ocean 1 is located right on the boardwalk among many eateries, shops and tourist attractions. There is a nice view of the beach from the ocean view rooms. The service was very friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out processes.

Listen, it's a motel in a tourist trap city. It's going to be what you expect it to be. We had a balcony that had views between the street and the ocean - that was nice. The beds are beds. You sleep on them.
Is it the cleanest? No, but, again, it's a motel in a tourist trap city during the summer months where dozens of people will be slathering their juices everywhere.
