The Beach Walk Hotel is a newly renovated 1930s-era Ocean City hotel with historic charm. We are located just one building off of the famous Ocean City, Maryland Boardwalk, on 10th Street (mid-Boardwalk). Walk to many exciting and numerous restaurants along the Boardwalk and prime beach space. We have 16 rooms, each different in size and shape; we are sure to have something that meets your needs.
Family owned and operated, we will give you the personal service that a true family vacation is all about. Most of our guests are return customers, and year after year have made the Beach Walk Hotel their "beach home away from home." Services
The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and cozy. Just one building off the boards so easy access to everything in oc. There was work in the alleyway beside the hotel when we were there and the wokers accidentally cut the cable line and they refunded a day of our stay for our inconvenience even though it wasnt.

Convenient location to Beach and Boardwalk. Room was clean other then a lot of gnats to deal with being on everything. No matter how many we killed we would leave and come back to just as many or more. Never had a problem with these gnats in Ocean City before let alone in our room. Staff is SUPER NICE, room was on the small side, no Ice machine, no Microwave, or hair dryer so bring your own. No curtains to block the light out in the mornings, just mini blinds. So would I stay again, eh if I didn’t have to deal with the gnats, and there was a microwave I would consider staying again. Had to throw

The ladies who work here have been nothing short of phenomenal. The room was clean and picture perfect! We immediately felt at home and enjoyed our week there. The outside shower was nice and we had no issues hanging our stuff up outside to dry. Amazingly close to the beach without the crazy boardwalk prices. We want to bring the whole family next time. Will come again and again!!

The staff are super nice ! The first room we stayed in would be perfect for someone just going to the beach and back. It had a small shower and no tub and no place to hang clothes. We asked to be moved to a two bed room and was accommodatated. This room had a place to hang clothes and a bathroom with a tub with shower. The rrefrigerators were spacious and they had a separate freezer. Bring your own ice, the hotel has none. Both rooms were clean and the beds are okay. Bring your hair dryer, there are none in the room. All in all it was a pleasant stay. I would stay again, but I will be more specific

I looked at reviews before we came and thought it seemed fishy nobody complained, however, there is literally nothing to complain about. The rooms are very clean and updated. The service was amazing they took care of our room daily. We even booked an extra night during a busy season right now and they made it work. I will definitely stay here every time. Literally the most inviting place I’ve stayed yet!

Very clean!!! It seemed like every time we walked in someone was cleaning something. Room was spotless and recently updated. Only negative for me was there were no black out curtains like most hotels have so sleeping in was a challenge. The location was great! Just one hotel in from beach, but you can still see the ocean from the decks which have rocking chairs on them. Would definitely come again!

Stayed for the weekend. Right off the boardwalk with very short walk to the beach. They have their own parking lot so you don't have to fight for spots. Room was very clean with an updated bathroom and all of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that they supply you with a beach umbrella. Outdoor shower to rinse off before heading to your room. One of the best parts is the 2 balconies with rocking chairs. We sat out both nights (one night during a huge storm) and had a great time rocking. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Can't wait to

Amazing location right off the boardwalk, went to the beach everyday! Housekeeping everyday around 10am by the owners themselves. I met 3 of the owners and they were all so friendly, specifically the owner that deals with check-ins and all the good stuff, she was very understanding and helpful to anything we needed. I got a single queen bedroom, but it came with all the necessities (table, microwave, fridge, TV, toiletries, towels, and AC that you can control). The owners make sure to monitor noise levels at night so no one is being disturbed and that was great. Will definitely be back to stay

My husband and I made relatively last-minute plans to do a long weekend in OC. Our usual go-to places were incredibly over priced, even though it was after Labor Day. It turned out well for us because it led me to make reservations at the Beach Walk. One block off the beach with great ocean views, cozy, incredibly clean, and the owner was as nice as could be. We ended up staying an extra day, and feel quite lucky we ran across this gem. This is our new go-to place.

Fantastic hidden gem! Rooms are BEAUTIFUL & SPOTLESS!!!! Rooms are large & spacious and fresh!!!! Room came with fresh & clean refrigerator and two queens - beautiful renovated spacious bathroom ! So pleased !!! Staff was wonderful and great with accommodating a very late check in! So happy to spend a long must needed vacation weekend here! Will most definitely be booking here from now on

I've been coming to Ocean City for thirty years and the staff, by far, are the most friendly I've ever encountered. The rooms are clean, the shower is hot and refreshing after a day on the beach, the location is stellar and the value is tremendous. I can't think of a better, more homely place to spend your vacation than here.

Stayed in room 27. It's great for a couple nights it has everything you need nothing extra just the necessities. The front desk was nice, friendly and welcoming. Super homey, you had to pick up the phone to check in. Rooms are very clean, bed was very very comfy. parking was on the other side of the building but close enough and you always have a spot. the deck was nice to relax on and the close proximity to everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. maybe a tip for management put an alarm clock in the room

Currently staying here. It's a great little hotel, and having stayed here now I see no reason to ever go to a chain or bigger hotel in OC again. I'll start with the minor complaints: it lacks amenities like a pool, the rooms are pretty small - at least the one we are in - and the parking lot is tight. If you have a bigger vehicle, you may have problems fitting, but honestly, that isn't unusual for almost any hotel in OC. The positives far outweigh the negatives here. It's cheap, 850~ for a six night stay in OC in July simply can't be beat for a quality, clean room, and

*EDITED* The minute there is a problem, the woman starts yelling. She threatens to call the cops every minute and she doesn't do it in a professional way. She yelled at me and my friend and asked us to leave, which we did with pleasure, but as she asked us to leave she also called the cops. When the cops got there they said don't worry about it, it wasn't a big deal. But she did it without any professionalism and made her problems our problem. Not worth her negativity. This place was good after a long day and you just want to relax. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything

We had the most amazing weekend at the Beach Walk Hotel in Ocean City, MD. It was out of season and a little chilly, but it didn't matter. The hotel was warm and homey and felt like we were visiting family. Dannelle and family could not have been more welcoming. Coffee was ready early in the morning, the view from the rockers on the porch was perfect, and it took all of three minutes to put my toes in the sand. I had never been to Ocean City before and am back to work today with great memories of a charming town and experience. I can't wait to go back! I will definitely go back to the
