We’ve been tenants for a few months now and have had an excellent experience thus far! Yuliya is very professional, helpful, and responsive. All work orders (not many have been needed) have always been addressed promptly. The maintenance tech is also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Kevin Smith, agent, and Vicki Valdov, broker, are like real estate bullies. I am a young widow and hired Kevin from a friends referral. My experience with him has been a nightmare and its still going! My house was listed in early July and was not even shown until it was on the market for more than 60 days. He is a terrible communicator, therefore I was the one having to reach out to him constantly to see what, if anything, was happening with my house. He also, after dropping the price on my house, advised me to paint the inside walls and he "promised" it would sell. $1250 later, nothing! He never

This morning my wife had an Interview with some woman at Act 1 named Vicki. My wife was very excited and was enthusiastic about this interview. My wife was told the interview would take place over the internet using Zoom. At 10:00 a.m there were some network issues with Zoom and Vicki could not hear or see my wife, but my wife could hear Vicki. Unaware that she could be heard, Vicki said “I already don’t like her, I’m not hiring her” along with some other unprofessional and hurtful comments. I assume she was talking to her fellow employees. Jose Angel Bravo is a con artist with no respect for people nor the agreements that are set in place. Signed a lease after being told renovations were going to be done to my home (without any expected time frame.) 9 days after signing the lease I was informed the lease will not be honored and was given 30 days to move my family of 4. From first contact with this snake things have been horrible. He first tried to offer me an opt out of lease if I purchased a home through his company promising 20K from a program which was no longer in place. Worst experience with any business of any sort. STAY AWAY

I have been handled with complete respect and professionalism with Act 1 realty. They have made this stressful moving process so easy and effortless. They offer convenient text message alerts, online payments and signing. They get things done quickly, and unlike other property management companies Vicki the property manager actually came to the property walk through and didn't send in a secondary person, way to go above and beyond. I am so happy to have them as my property management team. The condo that we are renting through them is gorgeous!

Agent daughter in law Yuliya, who is not a licensed agent, transacted the rental deal and never showed up for the lease signing. Meet her at the property and the condo is trashed, missing 3 door knobs, bath lights and fans don't work, wood floors are buckled from water damage, cabinets damaged, garbage disposal full of dried up paint and broken glass, pills, food and kids toys under the dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. I end up leasing the place giving them $1,550.00 deposit. $450.00 non refundable for pet and cleaning. Cleaned the place up, fixed everything and completely repainted it same

Poor customer service and a very rude person I talked with on the phone. She was not professional and had no professional conduct. I would not trust this realty group to anyone with a person that was very rude and made me feel like I was such a small person. I believe her name started with an A and their name was Alice. Whomever I talked with was rude and needs to be reprimanded for their actions.
