This place is almost always busy for a reason. The staff does a really good job here. The food has always been great. I like how they have a vast variety of food on the menu so you can get a salad one day and the most unhealthy fried food the next. I feel like I can keep ordering different things and never get stuck with the same one or two dishes like most places.
I like the fact they have local music at night. And I always appreciate how they tend to be open when most other places are not. I can always count on stopping here because other places might be closed.

Great atmosphere - old time brick walls; Great location - in the old downtown waterfront area - if your looking for pub food before a Mudhens game. But mist importantly good food - with a very extensive menu! We're not talking 3 or four options only, but dozens of burgers, wraps or sandwiches. I loved my "Delux Durty Bird Burger" that came with bacon and pulled pork on top of a nice sized and wonderfully seasoned beef patty. I did need "both hands" Yum!

If the server, Victoria, wasn't so fantastic this would have been a 1 star review. I love the menu at Durty Bird, but stay away from the $8 kid's hotdog and fry. Laughable is the only way I can politely describe how tiny and shriveled this dog was. I might be spoiled by the $1.50 Costco hotdog, but I suppose I just expected more. Clearly, Ye Olde Durty Bird would prefer you leave the kids at home when you visit their establishment.
With so much wonderful food on the menu, I really do suggest trying it. The service has always been stellar, but this latest visit has me really disappointed

We sat at the bar. All restaurant workers were wearing masks and the bar had sliding plastic barriers between couples. The food was as good as the photos depict. We had the Brussel sprouts (sorry no pic) for an app and they were great - could have been warmer though. For meals we had the Fish Po-boy and Durby with a side of au-jus and shared onion rings. WAY too much for two people to eat (looking forward to our leftovers). Service great, food great - worth our hour drive here (had to get outta the house). We will be back!
