My first impressions were decent, the restaurant has a unique feel/ ambiance, however soon things took a turn for the worse. It took a while for our orders to be taken, the manager had to come take our orders because our server was busy. That was fine until 40 minutes later when the food hadn’t come out yet and I had never seen my sever at all. I had to ask a passing waitress to get my table some more drinks because I had no idea who our waitress was.
When the food finally did come out, my shish kabob was very charred on the outside, and somehow one of the pieces was basically raw on the inside

This was my first time here. I will say the food was amazing, but the service was terrible. There was about a 20 minute wait, so we decided to wait at the bar until a table was ready. Because we were already at the bar, we thought we should just eat there and not have to wait for a table. The bartender was rude and refused to let us order our dinner at the bar. She was serving other customers food at the bar, but wouldn't serve us? Our server was not very attentive and took forever to get us our bill once we were done. Overall a very nice place. The reason I'm giving it three stars is because they give you small portions for the absorbent prices. I wish that I was given two sides rather than one, and my filet was a little dry. For the price of $26, it just seemed a little pricey. Overall, I would say I will return except I will be trying some more ethnic food.

One of my colleagues took me here after work, what a place. There’s a beautiful stain glass dome on the second floor dining I regret not taking a picture of. The staff were great, and the food was served at a reasonable time.
Now the food, it was amazing. It’s my first time having grape leaves and I really liked it, it’s not tough at all, it’s very delicate and easy to bite though. The highlight has to be the lamb, I’ve never had lamb this good before, usually they are more gamy. The secret supposedly is…. Over all the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Food is amazing and generous

First time here. It's on the second floor which we weren't prepared for and had to look around to find our way... quite humorous actually.
Started with Lentil soup, then we picked a Mediterranean salad with shrimp, and a lamb shank, finishing up with birds nest for dessert, coffee. All tasty and presented nicely. The decor was appropriate to the style of food and is well maintained. Glad we found this place and we will return when we next visit Toledo.
