We care for our clients and patients in a warm, caring and friendly atmosphere by practicing high quality veterinary medicine and surgery.
Our veterinarian Dr. Lee and his wife Karen moved to Lakeland, following graduation, in 1980 and started his professional career and a family including son Bryan and daughter Alyssa. Dr. Lee is now enjoying his grandchildren when they visit from out of state. Edgewood Animal Clinic was opened in 1983 and now serves Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, Auburndale, and surrounding areas.
Pharmaceuticals are very important in treatment and maintenance of medical conditions. Our extensive pharmacy allows the doctor to choose from an assortment of current medications, always keeping up with new forms of treatment available. Many tablets are available in various flavored taste tabs to make administering easier for the pet and owner!
Has enjoyed working with Dr. Lee since 1984 when she started as a technician trainee. Many years of wonderful experience later she is now the Office Manager at Edgewood Animal Clinic. She has enjoyed many pets over the years and presently is owned by this adorable English Setter named Sean Connery and the newest addition, Rita Hayworth, Jack Russell Terrorist!

We found this wonderful animal clinic by chance and could not be happier. Every single person goes above and beyond. They treat our pets like their own, boarding included. Dr. Lee is thorough, always answers any questions and makes recommendations with pros and cons. Please if you are ever in the market for a new animal clinic do yourself a favor and call these folks.

Super amazing staff. You can tell they really love and care for animals. The Dr. is incredibly knowledgeable and super nice and sweet. They were very gentle and understanding with my fur babies. one of my cats is normally feisty with previous vets, when we went for our first visit, he as incredibly sweet to the staff. no hissing at all. It was so surprising. This is the best vet clinic i have been to so far. 100/10 service. Also they sell nice smelling candles.

My dog had a sudden ear infection and my original vet did not have any openings for a week. They got him in and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable on his condition and even assessed his “hot spots” that he has always had a problem with and got him on medication to treat his ear infection and his other issue! The visit was very affordable (apart from the medication but it would be the same cost anywhere), and I’m already seeing improvements only a few days later!

Dr. Lee and his staff are GREAT and always take wonderful care of my dogs, whether they're there for a vet appointment or are being boarded. One of my dogs was diagnosed with diabetes last week, and they were very thorough and compassionate and made sure I could handle giving her the insulin injections, then followed up the next morning to make sure I didn't have any problems with the injections. They're all so helpful and caring.

Just taking the opportunity to praise the staff at Edgewood Animal Clinic. Our fur fam have been patients of Dr. Lee's for a combined 18+ years and we couldn't be happier. Everyone is so lovely, genuinely loves their patients, and honest. I know my fur children are getting the absolute best care out there! Dr. Lee and his staff were amazing with my baby bunny today! It was a great experience for me as it was my first time bringing my bunny in for an appointment. Dr. Lee is very rabbit knowledgeable. He and his staff were great with my Cream Cheese.

I recently moved and wanted a veterinary clinic close to my home. Dr. Lee and his staff were highly rated and reasonably priced. I took my dog there last week for a check up, shots, heart worm test and meds. I was very pleased with the care she received and feel confident in the care she is receiving. I highly recommend them.
