Services
Counseling & Consulting Services offers a variety of psychological services to individuals, couples and families of all ages. Services are available in English and Spanish (bilingual & bicultural). Individual, couple, family, and group therapy among other approaches may be used as needed to insure the most productive treatment as soon as possible.
My treatment orientation is cognitive-behavioral. My approach involves helping my clients progress from a state of confusion or unawareness to gaining psychological insight into their personal issues. I believe that clients work best when they experience cognitive dissonance and proceed to make a cognitive commitment or acceptance of their particular problems.
All counseling is conducted in total confidentiality. No information about a client is released unless requested in writing by the individual client or in rare cases when required by State or Federal Law. A written consultation report will be fowarded to the referring physician, or other referral source when appropriate and only when client grants permission for such communication and signs a release of information form.
DISCLAIMER: We are not permitted to communicate with clients or about clients through e-mail because confidentiality may not always be protected through electronic communication. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, clients can contact us by telephone between 8am and 5pm or they can leave a voice message after working hours.
