My diverse experiences have prepared me to help clients suffering from a wide-variety of concerns. I hope that you will consider making an appointment with me so that we may begin a treatment plan to assist your recovery. During college, I volunteered at a women's crisis center.
My involvement with hospital visits and leading group discussions with victims was the catalyst for my decision to become a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist.Upon graduation, I began working at an in-patient substance abuse facility for the indigent. My responsibilities included assisting the rehabilitation of people with chemical dependency issues at a halfway house and other outpatient services.

We had one appointment. We didn't pick our next appointment due to her schedule. We ended up having to wait on scheduling anything with her because of conflicts in her schedule. She still charged my credit card for two visits. I contacted her, and she gave me a random excuse. I provided proof that we never set another appointment due to schedules. After this, I never heard back from her at all. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card to receive a refund--very unethical business practices.

Rebecca Cook is awesome! She is encouraging and non judgemental. She helped me get a grip on my out of control anxiety and depression after a near nervous break down. She is the most accomadating professional I have ever seen. Thank goodness for her! I am now off anxiety medicine and am equiped with some amazing techniques that help me day to day. I love her!

I've been meaning to write a review for Rebecca for a long time, but I want to make sure I do her justice. It's as simple as this. Though she has a lot of solid experience, no matter how experienced a therapist is or what letters they have after their names, it doesn't matter much if you don't click with them. Rebecca Cook is wonderful at creating rapport. She is genuine, encouraging, and asks good questions. I have a Master's in counseling, so I am extra critical, and I was repeatedly impressed by her. If you're thinking about talking to a professional about a life
