Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. I got lost on my way because I’m a new patient. She called me and gave me very clear instruction how to get there. Your office is fortunate to find a good snd courteous worker like her,
I like your office because it’s very clean and organize. The Dental Assistant has very gentle hands & very knowledgeable of her work, Everything she mentioned about my teeth, Dr Patel said the same. It sounds like she is a dental intern student.

I read a lot of good reviews about them that leaded me to them. I really got the confirmation 👍🏾 by the quality of the service and friendship of the staff from the first day to now. Dr. Patel and his staff are fantastic!! They saw me within 1 day of my calling with an emergency implant issue. They have gone out of there way to find a solution to my problem and thoroughly explained what was happening. They’re knowledge of dentistry seems only surpassed by their friendly caring manner. I don’t feel like I’m cattle being herded in and out of their office and won’t have to wait long for a cleaning appointment either (my former dentists advised me there was a 7+month wait for just a cleaning). I look forward to getting my new implant and future visits for my family’s

Everyone at the practice is super sweet. The dental hygienists always tend to me with gentle hands and words of encouragement knowing I am one that has anxiety. The dentist is very kind and informative when relaying information on treatments. I have recommended them to friends and coworkers and will continue to do so.

This is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Everyone provides exceptional service! They are kind, understanding, and absolutely relentless in making their patients happy. I have been going to dentists for over 14 years and have always walked out deeply discouraged and disappointed. I never once felt like that walking out of here. They are not just chasing your money. They are truly interested in helping you, and they don’t fall short by any means!! Highly, highly recommended! If I could give more stars I would!

DO NOT GO HERE. They are money mongers. They do not care about you as a patient. First they will lie and say they can help you with your situation to get you into the door and to charge you a consult even if you have your x-rays. Then they will recommend unnecessary procedures. I came to this office because my oral surgeon was out for two weeks and they lied and said they could help me then after I got there the dentist looked at my teeth for two seconds and said oh I didn't know you were coming here for this so I can't help you but I will still charge you for doing nothing. NOW IM STILL

I've been going to Dr. Cruisers office for several years now and have found wonderful, caring service there every time. Dr. Cruiser has always been so kind with me, always carefully explaining each procedure.
The office staff is terrific. Always so welcoming....they put me at ease as soon as I walk in the office. I'm so pleased that I found Dr. Cruiser and his staff and I highly recommend them.

I scheduled a visit for a cleaning (first time there) and due to issues with my work schedule I tried to reschedule the appointment two days in advance. I was asked if I could just stop in later that afternoon for at least the consultation and was assured there would be no charge due to my insurance, even though I already made them aware that my insurance already paid for a consultation this year. I reluctantly agreed and Dr Cruiser looked in my mouth for approximately 1 minute and said I was done. The front counter again assured me there will be no charge. Of course I get a bill for $95

They got me in within two days of calling for my new patient exam, and were actually able to take me same day but I couldn't do that day (then there was a holiday).
The office is warm and inviting, with pleasant music and the TV on the news. It's kind of like walking into grandma's house. Just very pleasant to be.
The back is your typical dentist office. Essentially cubicles set-up with various implements of torture (;-)). They have an awesome XRay machine that takes away the uncomfort of those plastic things in your mouth, it's similar to an MRI, where it circles
