TERRIBLE customer service and experience. This company turned out to have sent a guy to install our mini split who Marcel, the owner, later (and only after dozens of calls weren’t returned and I posted a negative review on Yelp) informed me had scammed multiple customers and botched the jobs. He assured me he would resolve the issue and months have gone by where he doesn’t respond to messages or calls and our issues with the installed system have only gotten worse. I'm not sure if this is a real business. They were a no-show for an appointment. When I called to make an appointment, the "appointment center" said that I am confirmed without even asking for the address. I asked to receive confirmation and they said that they don't send confirmations - no text and no emails. They refused to send me one. Then, I called multiple times and they said I can use "Marie" as a reference to confirm the appointment. I called back and there is no Marie. I gave them an opportunity to get back to me on why the appointment was missed but no one did. I guess this how much they
