I was not satisfied with my hair at all wanted a blowout thought it would be a bit more straighten than what it was. Maybe if she would have focused more on my hair than talking with her friends all over my head it might have turned out better, but that was my first time and last time there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a 10am appointment a month ago got there the shop isn't open and a line is out side, when someone came to open the shop, she didn't apologize for being late, we were about 12 women waiting with one stylish after a while 2 other stylish came I left. Yesterday I went back to the shop and asked the owner what was the best time to come today, she told me around 12, I got there a little after, she greeted me and I sat down for 45 minutes than she came and told me her daughter was having a baby, my hair was wet because I washed it at home, I understand it was a emergency, but she could have said

Been looking for a new salon since moving to Lakeland and decided to take a chance with this place and very happy I did. Although I was a walk in, they were able to get me started within 15 min after arriving and I was done 90 min. later. For a Friday and I did not get there until noon, that was awesome. I will definitely use them again.

ALL the staff was not only knowledgeable but they made sure to attend to our comfort. They were kind and gentle with my little girls. It was their first professional salon haircut. I also appreciated that they spoke English, did not have blaring music, nor were they speaking Spanish loudly across salon to one another. These are personal pet peeves. I would highly recommend them. We plan on returning.
