Such a wonderful experience. I absolutely love the private 1:1 appointments. You really feel that you’re valued and listened to not to mention the fabulous hair cut. I have curly hair and am always nervous to go somewhere new but this was above and beyond my expectations! So happy with hair cut and excellent customer service.

Best decision .... I had to get my highlights done again after having them done 2 weeks ago by another salon and the hair color I wanted was not accomplished. I was getting ready for my sons wedding and had to have it fixed without damaging it knowing its risk for such a soon treatment. Also it was in a rush busy season and everything was or reserved or they were on christmas vacation. The Pretty Swan provided the best hair styling experience I have ever had. Shannon was so professional. She did a consult to ensure we were on the same page as to the services I wanted. Her color and cut techniques are perfect! She even has a new treatment that gets rid of the frizzies for an extended period of time. Fun and friendly atmosphere! I love the private salon experience! I’m 66 years old and in that time I’ve visited many salons and gotten lots of hair cuts. I have to say this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The space is beautiful, peaceful and clean. Shannon spent a good 25 minutes talking to me about my hair, my lifestyle, my comfort level with styling at home, shampoo use and what I would like as an end result. Shannon gave me a great cut and a new look. She took the time to show me how to trim my bangs correctly should the need arise.she waxed my brows which was much less painful than other times I’ve had them waxed. My family

Shannon is the nicest and most attentive person! Her salon is so relaxing and welcoming. She is hilarious and takes the best care of your hair, asking about your goals and what products and styles she recommends-if you need it! Shannon is exceptionally thorough with the color, shampoo and hair aftercare products (like shampooing, masque with hot towel). It doesn't feel like a salon, it feels like a unique space that is clean, spacious and welcoming as specially during this pandemic, she only accepts one person at a time. I felt like a guest in her home. Today I got a lovely card from her Salon, very though full. I had a great beach trip! The owner is lovely person and an experienced professional--your hair is in wonderful hands! During my visit she was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining ways to improve my hair and what would work best. Inspiration photos are encouraged and ideas are collaborated; the results are beautiful! The salon is clean and feels open and airy. I had an amazing time at this chic and personal salon. Shannon was AMAZING and she made me feel comfortable and provided top notch customer service. Her hair consultation was so awesome and it made me feel like she was passionate about her career and her clients. I did partial highlights, haircut and blow dry. BEST PLACE EVER!! I only just discovered this salon and Ms. Shannon. I cannot give enough praise to her. She has the cutest shop. She is super clean and extremely friendly. This was the best salon experience I have ever had! Ms. Shannon taught me a lot about different types of products to use in my fine but extremely curly hair. She didnt make me feel bad, as other places have in the past, about my hair. She actually put some fears of mine about hair loss to rest too.
Her prices are amazing also. You will not find a better price for the services rendered, I guarantee that!
