I highly recommend this salon. All of the staff are very nice, professional and responsive. Astrid is AMAZING! I have been to her three times now. At every appointment she spends a lot of time discussing my needs and asking questions to make sure I get what I want. She takes pride in her work, truly loves what she does and genuinely wants her clients to be happy. Thank you, Astrid!

I wish I could post a picture. I had my hair done April 9th 2021. Full foil and I have like 2 inches of growth between hairline. I’ve had my hair foiled many times and have never had it look like I need it redone a month later. No ones hair grows that fast. So now I’ve got to find someone to do it after just paying $180 6 weeks ago bc she (Jess) didn’t get close enough to the root. Kyli is amazing, I haven’t gotten a haircut in years due to bad past experiences but based on the reviews I decided to give evolve a chance, it was a great experience. She cut, and styled my hair, about a week later I realized I wasn’t to happy with how my hair looked (not her fault at all I just have overly thick triangle hair lol) but I called and she seen me the next day, she fixed it beautifully and even curled it a bit for me at no extra charge. She is so wonderful, and I will definitely be coming back!

Astrid was amazing! Gave me solid advice! I’ve wanted bangs but she gave me her honest and professional opinion on a better cut and I love it. I got a cut and a HED treatment. I have extremely thick hair and it took 3 hours. Past straightening treatments have taken WAY longer. She was quick, super friendly, and funny. She talked to me just enough. I personally don’t like overly chatty stylist. She was just perfect.

I just had an appointment today with Astrid. This place is a gem! It's a cute little studio in downtown Lakeland. Astrid was completely professional. She walked me through all the steps when doing my hair. I went in for a trim and a root color touch up. The appointment making process is really interesting. I booked online and they asked very thorough questions. I really liked this process because then my stylist knew exactly what I had in mind. I have wavy hair and didn't know how to care or work with my hair. Astrid taught me everything. She is so sweet and amazing. Astrid is very talented

I’ve had my hair cut by Sara, Paige, and Astrid. All three listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable what what they were going to do before they did it. For example, Astrid cut the length off and let me see it before she continues with the rest. It was longer than I wanted but I appreciate that she made sure not to go too short. You can’t undo that. She let me check it and tell her if I wanted more off.

I got my first curly hair cut with Jess and I loved the experience! She took the time to talk me through what she was doing, making sure the cut and style would work with my routine, and gave me tips on how to style my hair to help encourage the curl. It's definitely the most educated I've ever felt leaving a hair appointment. I'll be coming back!

Amazing. I love Bailey she is my hair Goddess. Creative and thought provoking ! We met online through BRIDGE local and the manager. They thought wed hit if off well AND THEY WERE RIGHT! She is a great hair stylist and a great friend! The salon is wonderful offering coffee, water or wine when you arrive. Make your appointment early they can get busy. LOVE YOU LADIES!

I went for a simple cut and style. The gal that took care of me was very nice, and she did a wonderful job with the cut, however the day I went, it had been a good three days since I washed my hair, and I was looking forward to having a professional wash as well as the trim I desperately needed. I am unsure of whether it was the product she used or not, but as I ran my fingers through my roots when she finished, they felt just almost just as oily as they were when I came in. She also did not dry my hair all the way before using a flat iron. My hair is fragile and I spoke with her about that before

I went to Evolve Hair Studio to have my blonde highlights touched up. I researched salons in the area and decided to try this one based on the good reviews and great price. I left the consultation feeling confident that the stylist and I were on the same page. All was well until she started removing the foils from my hair, and strings of blonde hair started coming off with the foil. When I voiced my concern I was told this is "normal" (though it's never happened in my 15+ years of highlights). After removing all the foils, she brushed my hair and even more more hair fell to the

Evolve is truly amazing! I have been going here and having Josh style my hair for almost 2 years now. On my first visit, he gave me the best hair cut I've ever had, and since then, every visit is terrific! I always leave feeling great, and everyone is very friendly. The value for what you get is also excellent. I can't recommend Evolve enough!

I never had the opportunity to get my hair done here because the scheduling was such a fiasco. Sarah scheduled me for a 2pm consultation that was supposed to be with Josh, a day later I called back to ask an unrelated question and was informed my appointment was at 2pm with Sarah, not Josh. Fine, I agreed to keep the appointment. A few days later, I received a confirmation text stating my appointment was at 3:45. It took two more phone calls before I received a call back from Sarah who stated the appointment was at 3:45 and had been scheduled for 3:45 from the beginning. I know in fact it was not

I've received two haircuts from Josh. He is a very talented stylist and is very fun to be around. I moved here recently and was worried about finding a place to get my haircut. After a referral from my cousin, I scheduled with Josh and was not disappointed. He also made great suggestions on the direction that I should take with my style. As long as I am here, I will be going to evolve.

I had a superb experience here! I went for a consultation with Paige who was super nice and totally understood what I was after for my hair. When I went in for my appointment she exceeded my expectations and did absolute wonders with my hair, from the color to the cut. She is fantastic and I would highly recommend her to anyone. The salon is in a great location, right in downtown Lakeland and it has a relaxed atmosphere. Paige is an amazing stylist and so happy to have found such a gem of a hairdresser!
