Their listing is linked to my phone number and I have no association with the property. I am getting multiple calls a day. I have contacted them to do something about it but nothing has been done, while I continue to get harassed by phone calls.
Might be an indication of how they conduct business. Maybe it’s a fake listing. If it was important they would want to make sure the number connects to them properly so the property actually gets rented out!!

Annabelle has been our property manager for over 4 years. We live in upstate NY so it's hard to manage from there, we were so happy to find Annabelle! She took time to find us perfect tenants! (and due to Florida's recent great sellers market we just sold our house to them!) But for over the 4 years she managed our home, she was right on top of everything! On time rent each & every month, she has many professional contractors, plumbers, electricians etc to take care of any problem that may arise and she is kind and friendly and easy to work with! It was out first time using a property manager and

I had a really great experience renting from them. They recently acquired the property I rent at and they immensely improved the quality of the facilities as well as the service. The agent I worked with, Kate, is always professional and extremely responsive to my needs as a tenant. Would highly recommend them. Moving is stressful for everyone, so just want to say, again, big thanks to Kate for making it easier for me!

The best and most responsive management company I've worked with. I've been a tenant at one of their properties for several years and have had really positive experiences with them--they do things the right way, and are very quick to check in if there are any issues. Last time I had to request a fix, I got a callback within 30 mins of emailing them.
