We rented a home from PPM for a relocation move for 2 months. The house, although furnished nicely, and clean, had issue after issue. The owner didnt pay the water bill leaving us without water for 24 hrs.
The lawn people cut the internet cord: no internet or cable for 5 days. The freezer died: we lost all the meat and food in the freezer. Found dead roaches in the hallway weekly. Although all of these issues were not the fault of PPM, and Joel at PPM resolved them quickly and efficiently; I felt insulted and avoided at time of check out. Fantastic company! Prestigious Property Management managed our LWR house rental for 6 years. Always dealt with any questions right away and was on top of anything that came up dealing with the renters. Not a single negative issue in the entire 6 years. The renters they found for our house were great and it was an excellent and easy experience all the way through. Recommend 100%.

We used Prestigious Property Management this winter for the first time and could not have been more pleased with the service we received from PPM and our wonderful accommodations. We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Bradenton on the Tara Preserve golf course from January through March 2019 and loved every sunny day. The community pool was a short walk away and the golf course was practically in our backyard. The home was close to all of our shopping needs, close to our favorite restaurants, and a 30-40 minute ride to the beaches. I would recommend PPM for seasonal rentals to anyone as they are
