Mr. Kennedy has over 40 years of experience, and currently serves as Juvenile Judge for the City of Bristol, Tennessee. Mr. Kennedy has extensive experience in Real Estate transactions, Business and Banking Law, and Domestic Law. Mrs. Stuart is licensed in both Tennessee and Virginia, and takes great pride in her adoption and child-welfare work.
Kennedy & Stuart is a Chicago Title Insurance Company approved agency and can issue both owner's and lender's title insurance policies.
