The sign outside states âwalk inâs welcomedâ. When i walked in for a hair cut I was told they stay booked but had a cancellation and I could come back in a hour. Ok I was fine with that. Came back for my appointment for them to tell me the stylist went to pick up her kid from school and would be right back. I waited 35 mins while listening to politic and racial banter. Of course I decided to leave and will never consider going back.

I called on a Tuesday to set an appointment for my mother in law who lives down the road. She wanted a hair cut and a color. I explained it was for her 79th birthday and we were looking for a hairstylist my mother in law could use in the future. The woman was very nice on the phone and set an appointment for Saturday with Deanna We drove from Atlanta to Virginia to visit mother in law and she was so looking forward to the appointment. We received three texts confirming the appointment. My husband got there about 5 minutes before her 9am appointment. They were told that Deanna was not in yet and

I recently got my hair cut here for the first and last time. The pros: near my house, inexpensive, and they were able to fit me in at the last minute. The cons: The haircut wasn't great. [I asked for subtle layering (like 1-2 inch) and got choppy ~4 inch layers in the back exactly like I said I didn't want.] Also they double charged my credit card. I called the salon twice to get it fixed -- both times the supervisor/manager was supposed to call me back, but no one ever called. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money refunded.

Everyone was so sweet and they were all so accommodating for our big Bridal party. They definitely had us all leaving looking our very best. They got us in so quickly and waisted no time at all making sure we were all comfortable and absolutely loved our hair and makeup before we left the salon. I 100% recommend them for your BIG DAY đđ

Sabrina always does amazing with my hair. She is so great that I have sent 3 people to go see her and they all love their hair. Sabrina cut off 28â of my hair whenever I decided I wanted a bob. I went to another place to have a trim and she butchered my hair so a week later I was able to get in with Sabrina and she fixed my hair and I will never go to anyone but her. Thanks Sabrina and the staff and Shear Perfection for having such a welcoming and fun environment!
