When Waiting List Application is completed and your background/income is pre-qualified (Income limits do apply for some units), the Property Manager will then review and follow-up with you to let you know your spot on the waiting list and/or let you know when something comes available and your at the top of the waiting list.

This is the most unprofessional property management company. Not only will they take your money multiple times you’ll be forced to call them DAILY to get answers or figure anything out regarding the unit, your application or moving forward with a different company. Devin is very rude not only does he ignore your calls and never calls back after countless times of saying he would he will hang up in your face. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I wouldn’t even waste my time typing from what I read so I’m in agreement with what been said about the madness with this company of unpredictable people and there nonchalant attitudes. In my opinion I believe there working with ALWAYS towing LLC they are very very very terrible people as WELL!!!

They have properties listed for rent, but you can not get in touch with anyone to even rent out a property. I've emailed them directly, I've even called and left voicemails and went the office. Non responsive. They deserve no stars for communication and false advertising. You can not rent from them.

They do not even deserve 1 star. If you have a problem they will take 6 plus months to resolve....25% of the issue. They will switch employees every other month on a property and then blame the last employees that worked there so that way they can tell you they are never accountable for the company's constant mistakes. Do not give scumbags like this your money, especially when there are plenty of places offering much better deals.

Front desk..a whole mess.. Words can not explain.. Addressed this issue with the owner and still the same results.. If you address and issue with a owner you should see some results.. None at all so im done with it and i wont be the one to feed that energy cause that company has to know who works for them so they have to know whats going on. Sure miss Mrs. Karen.. Very professional and appreciated her job.

Team Management is not the same since Val has worked there. They are horrible and I will never if I can help it rent form them again. They can never keep any employees or maintenance men around and they take forever to get things done. I just moved out last month and they fail to give us our security deposit back but 75 dollars of 648 dollars. We clean that apartment and they trying to charge us for wear and tear from previous residents. They do nothing but get over on people. Out of 648 we only get 75 dollars back!! It seems as we trashed they apartment and we didn't. Nothing good will happen

I wish I could give this place less than one star. John is a crook and a slumlord. On move in day, the whole place reeked of cigarettes and there was ash on the "freshly cleaned" carpets, along with stains and tears. The blinds were tattered and filthy. I spent a half a day cleaning before I could move in. After bringing the issues to Johns attention, he became argumentative and hostile stating and I quote "I'm not gunna sit here and go through this whole place, you can pick 2 or 3 things and write them on the check in sheet." After finally moving in, I was given a repair date of Oct 10th. Its
