Please review the questions portions of the application if you are not interested in the specific unit you are applying for or to specify what you are looking for.
Proof of income (two most recent check stubs, award letters, benefit statements, foodshare benefits, etc.). An application fee of $25.00 paid by money order or cashier's check is required for each applicant over the age of 18 to process the application. All applicants must receive positive rental references - 1st time renters see requirements below.

Had my door broken into and called matinence numerous times the day of no one has came and that's just the request with the door also have a leaking sink that they were supposed to come fix as well. I'm receiving housing and beggars can't be choosers I count my blessings every day that I have 4 walls and of roof but when it comes to something such as a busted door that I can't close then security becomes a problem

I rent from Jomela 2 yrs. They decided they didn't want me as a tenant, so they lied and took me to court over money that they knew I was paying them that is falsely told the judge that I had made no payment. Am I and my family on my granddaughter's 8th birthday had to move out. When confronted they admitted they had my money. So they lied to me and lied about the date I had to be out of the house and put me in my family out on the street October 1st 2021 that's the kind of landlord you about to rent from not only did they lie they put a torque on my name because they lied.

Lucas, Tyler and Kayla are the true power team at Jomela. Our nonprofit agency rents out multiple Jomela units and they have been nothing but understanding, supportive and accommodating throughout our partnership. It has been a team effort with them since day one. They are flexible and they don't make assumptions or cut ties when challenges occur with our tenants in their buildings. They trust us to uphold our end of the relationship and take care of concerns and we trust them in return to take care of their side of things.
Often times, tenants may complain about Jomela's properties or maintenance

This place it is going worrest day after day no profitional person in their office bad commucation don't rent don't but your family in a hell because no heat no hot water, even now it's going worrest than year ago a lot of rats and they don't care if you make report or not, forget about the maintenance just the basic things like bath leak or sink leak they may come and look after two or three weeks, some times they never fixed windows or the doors 😢😊

I HAVE ONLY BEEN WITH JOMELA FOR A SHORT TIME BUT IN THIS SHORT TIME I HAVE HAD TWO EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND BOTH TIMES I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE QUICK RESPONSES I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A SPECIAL THANKS TO TYLER FOR KEEPING A PROFESSIONAL YET DOWN TO EARTH ATTITUDE WHEN DEALING WITH TENANTS, LUCAS FOR GETTING THE MESSAGE TO THE RIGHT PERSON IN A TIMELY MANNER, XAVIER FOR GETTING THE WORK ORDERS DONE TO TENANTS SATISFACTION, AND ALL THE PEOPLE THAT I DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT FOR MAKING THIS ALL POSSIBLE MY APARTMENT IS NICE THE BUILDING IS KEEP CLEAN THE ELEVATOR WORKS THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS CONVENIENTLY

I love living in one of the properties. I’ve been living in one of them for three years and it’s been pretty awesome. Anytime I’ve had an issue, Jomela was quick to respond and take care of it. Affordable and very comfortable.

I wanted to come back and change my review, because Miss Kayla Contacted Me Via Email and She Was Very Nice, Professional, and Was Patient With My Frustrations I'd Expressed. She Even Passed My Email Onto The Rental Agent Who Handles The Applications. So I just wanted to come and say "Don't go off of what others post". Because I got frustrated and came straight to the reviews and because I hadn't yet received a call back and looking at some of these reviews I Thought I was making the wrong choice, But I am glad I just waited to receive a response (they were busy). Horrible management, irresponsible and they attempt to keep tenants responsible for rent after notice to vacate!! I decided to vacate after the peak snow season when Jomela Properties decided to pay a service to only remove snow from the front porch but not the parking area. My car was stuck for 2 days until I paid for snow removal myself. I gave notice to vacate and when I asked for an appointment to drop off the keys the VP Kayla Pierce emailed me to say she hadn't received notice. I forwarded the original email from 60 days prior without effort from jomela to rectify this situation but instead

If i could give 0 stars i would we first moved into Juneau gardens it seemed like everything was okay about after a week my son was suffering from bumps and severe pain took him to the ER it was due to bed bugs i got bit my company was bit there was bed bugs on the hallway walls there are roaches all over and they also have mice that come in out through holes in the wall. the windows leaked through when it ran and my son almost got eletrocuted because the water dripped down to his outlet. There were drug dealers in the hall along with their clients who would knock on random doors. i was afraid

There's many properties to offer which is a great thing. But it doesn't help if property management never replies to any of the request. I've applied for all available apartments and for a bout 3 weeks, I still haven't heard anything back. I've left messages and emails and still no reply. Very disappointing.
