I can say personally working with Pam has a vendor has been extremely great! The work is consistent , the office always stays in communication with you. Gino is prompt with replying back or returning a phone calls. They have kept my team busy. I know for sure they take care of their tenants. They put time into their places and care for them. No cutting corners with Pam. The job gets done right. I look forward to continuing working for Pam for many many years to come.

From day one PAM has been responsive to my needs as a tenant of a upper flat. I would expect professionalism from any property manager when first moving into a property, but I would say PAM went above and beyond. They reached out to me and asked me if I had any items that needed repair or maintenance attention. They sent a handyman out to affect repairs. All but one repair was completed by the contractor. PAM reached out to me again and pledged to send another contractor to complete the last repair. Specifically, John (sometimes referred to online as John John) handled the initial showing and guided

I have rented my house for numerous years and PAM Management has been great with fixing things in a timely fashion. Today I received a call from Rudy to follow up on a maintenance request I put in on Friday night. That night they got back to me right away saying someone will be out there tomorrow morning to fix the problem. But I end up not needing anything fixed. I had Bob come out twice to my unit for maintenance and both times he was here, he did his own little walkthrough and fixed things that I hadn’t even submitted for. Always very nice, kind and professional! Rudy is also someone that was very professional and very helpful in finding solutions to any issue I was having.

, good company has given me a new perspective on the type of work I do. I was losing all hope I work for an apartment building company and they treated the residence like I didn't matter and treated their employees like we were just numbers.

Great company, I loved the residence i stayed in for the past 11 months. They are always responsive if there’s a issue and they will send someone right away to get whatever it is taken care of. Jasmin was nice from the very beginning, answered all the questions I had. She made me feel very comfortable and made the tour of the home feel very personal. I have been renting from them since March of this year. This company is amazing and they were so helpful in finding me the right place. John was amazing at the application process and showing me different vacancies they had. The process was simple and John made it super better. My apartment is clean, the neighbors are amazing, and PAM really does a great job with maintenance calls. I recently just had my garbage disposal fixed (my nieces decided it was cool to play in the sink while uncle takes a “prince nap”). Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
This place is god awful! We were supposed to have laundry installed a month ago still waiting for that. A permit was submitted to the city for these porches to be fixed May 26th. Real safe for a dog to be on it! That's just the icing on the cake for this place!
