The place is nice I lived there 2 years ago they changed management like 3 times when I lived there I did my walk through wrote down everything when I went to move out it was between Christmas and new years so no one was in the office I did what they told me and cleaned the whole town home well weeks went by called about my deposit and everything and they were changing management again they claimed they used my whole deposit on cleaning which was a lie there's no way fast ford 2 years no im in collections for 310 dollars saying I damaged the apartment broken blinds and carpet was ruined that's

I really enjoy the community here at Country Lane. It is very quiet and quick response when contacted. But of course, a few things: I have ongoing issues with the smoke alarms, which is annoying. It is extremely odd that tenants have access to only one of the two exits/entrance for the whole complex. When it rains, my area is FULL OF frogs and we’ve seen a snake a few times...guess that is something you can expect in the ‘country’ lane. The pool is pretty small and always packed. We just relocated to Victoria from Oregon and this has been a great place to live. I was a little worried because we rented without seeing the townhomes but we were pleasantly surprised with how great it is. All the staff have been super helpful as we learn all the new stuff in the town and here at home. Thank you!!!

We love this place! Husband and I have been here for 6 months now and have nothing but good to say. If there’s ever any issues, office staff is always friendly and figures it out, and our maintenance guys James and Tyler(?) come so fast, sometimes within minutes. We now have two sets of friends living here as well as my parents. It’s a great community! Thanks Corey and Guys!
