Kurt has been rude to me, my dad & his PCAs every step of the way. Last year my dad & I purchased a recliner from Penn Med. As my dad has MS & has special needs, it was a special order, which also has a warranty. Kurt was nice before the purchase, but afterwards, any issues that arose, we were met with rudeness & idleness. My dad's chair has a cord that connects to the remote, and the lock to hold it into the bottom of the chair was broken, and it was moving the chair the whole way up & the whole way back on its own, sometimes rendering
