Our company was founded in 1972 by husband and wife team, Robert and Betty Salmons. Robert has worked in the printing industry since graduating high school and Betty was the first woman to take negative making and stripping classes at Richmond Technical Center.

Richmond Printing has premier printing services and consistently excellent customer service. They printed my grandfather’s funeral programs a few years back (1K copies might I add) on a tight timeframe and I have been an avid supporter ever since. If you know anything about designing funeral programs, you know that it can be an extremely stressful process. You’re trying to make the world flip using a rubber spatula and you have 5 seconds to figure out how that’s gonna work. They’ve ALWAYS made the printing part of the process such a breeze. Brandon was so patient and helpful as we worked through a fairly large printing project for my wedding. He took time to explain my options, gave me samples and helped me through issues I had. Their response via email was always very prompt! The turnaround time was less than 24 hours. Very happy with the quality!!

If you are looking for a place to print ANYTHING in Richmond, look no further than Richmond Printing Service! I was so impressed by the quality of the signs they printed for my wedding, as well as their responsiveness. Thank you Brandon for being so easy to work with! These printers are incredible. They are fast and fantastic. I needed 5 different greeting cards printed that I had designed, plus 18"x24" and 8"x10" posters of the same images. I sent them the request at around 2am and at 8am I already had a quote back from Tim! These dudes make it happen, AND they're FRIENDLY! We were from out of town and happened upon them through Yelp and a whim. So grateful for their competence and friendliness! All the best to you all in 2019!

My husband needed to have 12 booklets printed and spiral bound. I called around to some of the more well known competitors in the area and was in complete sticker shock.
I did a Google search and stumbled upon this business. There were not many reviews and the price is almost 1/4 of some of their competitors , so obviously I was skeptical and assumed quality may be lacking. This was totally not the case. Everything from customer service, price, and quality are fabulous!!

I had emailed for estimates on posters and business cards and was always given quick feedback. I needed business cards for the same day and I had just walked in with my file. They were able to go ahead and print my cards within the same hour (would've been much quicker but I had not properly cropped my logos so I was able to fix it there though it took some time). For the time, price and quality of the product I have to say I'm rather pleased with them overall.

I LOVE Richmond Printing. When I needed new, odd-sized business cards I spoke with several printers around town, many of whom told me some version of "sorry lady, that can't be done." Richmond Printing had no trouble filling my order, and at less than half the price of most of my other quotes! I now use them for all my print jobs. The staff are all careful, slow talkers, but they turn the work around fast, and they are always nice about it when I wait until the last minute and then request a rush job.
