From our early days of lead type to today's thermal laser imaging, Heritage Printing is the perfect mix of craftsmanship and high-performance technology. Our trademark is quality printing produced on state-of-the-art equipment at fair prices, but it's our exceptional service that keeps clients coming back, time after time.
We're small and flexible enough to help with a rush job, yet large enough to handle complicated work like an embossed, die-cut pocket folder. Our clients depend on us to meet their needs, no matter what they are. It's the reason for our success in the printing business for more than 60 years.

Services
Heritage Printing Service is one of the oldest family-owned commercial printing businesses in Richmond. Originally named Quick Printing Company, it was established in 1946 by William S. Miles, Sr., in a small building on Hull Street in South Richmond. His son, William "Sam" Miles, Jr., joined the family business after World War II when he was discharged from the Navy.
If you discover an error on your proof before plates have been made, Heritage Printing will correct it for you. Our prepress technicians will make any necessary adjustments, such as missing elements, color corrections or revisions, at no charge. Alterations fees can add up quickly and break a budget.
Businesses today recognize their impact on the environment and the importance of protecting and preserving natural resources. It is simply the right thing to do. Heritage Printing Service is a FSC(R) certified printer, and can provide FSC(R) printing upon request. This special process allows you to know that your materials were responsibly managed, all the way from the forest to your floor.
A PDF proof, e-mailed to you, accurately represents your finished product as it is generated from the actual RIP file used to make plates. A press-match digital color proof from our Heidelberg Proofing System simulates how your job will look on press. Once the proof is approved, the RIP file is sent directly to our Heidelberg Prosetter for a first-generation, direct plate image to be printed.
