This is a motel, and you get what you pay for. The room was okay, the towels were dirty, I left feeling like I needed to take a shower. We only stayed one night as a stopping place and had a dog with us. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are on a tight budget and/or cannot find another place that allows dogs.

1) They charge for early checkin even if the room is available.
2) You don't get your room cleaned or fresh linens if you stay more then one night. They charge you for this service. Yes even your trash. That's what they told me.
3) If you need linens because of a spill or accident they charge $40 for a piece of linen and you have to put it on yourself.
4) There is no housekeeping after 5pm.
5) If you talk to front desk with problems they will treat you poorly. Told me to F*** off and then threatened to shorten my stay.

The good... So this hotel is in a very convenient location downtown and reasonably priced.
The bad. Girlfriend "started" while we were sleeping. Went to the front desk to apologize and ask for 1 new sheet and offer to pay for the one that had a quarter sized spot on it. Dude freaked out, started yelling and made a huge ordeal about the whole situation. He was literally yelling and pointing his finger shouting that my girl should have known better. Then he charged me for 5 pieces of bedding. 5. It was a quarter sized spot. Wouldn't let me use a credit or debit card to pay for these 5 pieces of

The one star is only because it's in downtown and two blocks away from the beach.
This place is a sh*t hole. Agreeing with another review "worse than motel 6."

-sign says tempurpedic beds (bold face lie) one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. I'm physically disabled and it made my chronic pain so much worse

This hotel is disgusting. Dirty bathroom . The walls, windows and floors were dirty . The refrigerator was old and rusty . It doesn't look like they've wiped down the window blinds in years. The linens were dingy and stained so bad that we went and bought our own linens. They have soap and shampoo/conditioner dispenser, but they were dirty so we had to buy our own. Had we been able to find another hotel to move too we would not have stayed. The parking is insufficient for the number of rooms the hotel has.

Stayed one night here and severely regret it. Walked in and noticed a huge stain on one of the pillow cases on the bed. It's like they didn't even try to hide this gross stain or just throw the pillow case out. It makes me wonder what else they are not bothering to clean. Also the rooms do not have a security chain on the inside that 99.9% of other hotels have. It has one automatic deadbolt and that's it. We did not feel safe in our room due to this and had to stack our suitcases in front of the door to try to make ourselves feel safer. There also is a weird random door in our room that is locked

We paid an ungodly amount of money last minute for 2 nights in their premium rooms, it was all they had last minute. However, for the price we paid - it was worse than motel 6. We didn’t have basic amenities such as a phone, no garbage anywhere in the room, parking in the lot is a joke. The owners are a family, who I think live on site. We heard all the noise everywhere, all night.
The second night, we stayed in the room next door in 101. Stay away from this room at all costs. It’s right next to the lobby, back area of the hotel and I think a family lives there. We heard kids crying frequently

A towel bar was falling down, the shower water pressure was oddly low, there was a outlet under the bed without a cover, and definitely not priced correctly. Assuming because Covid they never got our trash or switched out our towels, which I can over look.
The top floor had a nice balcony to sit on and the pool was well managed. Beds and pillows were ok at best, and I atleast got 3 coffee Kuerig's before I realize they weren't going to replace them.

Our family is very disappointed in the size of the room we reserved. The night of check in, I received call from this hotel about an upgrade for our room. I refused assuming it would cost us more, now, we regret not taking the upgrade. My husband, our toddler, our dog and myself were tripping over each other in this room. The size, the cleanliness of the room, and the bedding was not to our liking. On our first night my husband witnessed a hit and run in the parking lot. Next day, he witnessed another car accident in the hotel parking lot. We will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again while visiting

This is NOT a family friendly spot so heads up!!!! There are lots of gang looking folks in the motel, smoking and every time we returned to the room had to air it for a while. but the bathroom screen had a whole so then lots of bugs visiting. Loud men next door playing music until 3am, from next door room nothing came out but the F word and then some. The office is closed after 10 and doesn't open until 9 so good luck reporting to this guy. Really shady stinky place. I notice there were 8 people in one of the rooms. I am not sure what their policies are or if there are any. Didn't feel

Awful experience!! I hope folks would have been honest in their reviews! While the rooms might look like what the person before me has posted it's very stinky & dirty: blood on the sheets, bathroom smells like urinals in public restrooms and even though the cleaners said they'll clean, they never did. Signs read smoke free while everyone is smoking. Close to the beach but super rowdy!! All those who gave the 5 stars to this place are morally responsible. I wish we didn't have to give a star.

I am giving them 3 stars because the motel was okay despite some flaws. The bathroom door was broken and didn't shut properly and on the last night we were there I found two cockroaches crawling around on the counter above the refrigerator and microwave that were in the room. Granted we had food out but still it was pretty gross to see cockroaches running around. The bathtub /jacuzzi appeared to be clean when we arrived at the room; it worked and was very relaxing to use. The carpet seemed clean as well as the toilet. The room had windows, that open, on both sides so you could get a nice cross

We booked two rooms. We were greeted with a cigarette displayed on the room number sign. One room did not smell fresh and one smelled like cigarette smoke. Dust on all of the drawer handles, on top of the hair dryer and knobs of the towel racks. Soap dispenser by the sink did not work. Stains on the towels and sheets. Toilet handle broke 3 times and we had to keep reattaching from tank. Topper was when my son opened the microwave to find a half eaten chicken sandwich and fries. When my husband alerted the desk clerk of the issues, he wasn't wearing a mask and said he couldn't do anything

This motel was worth every penny. Not too many amenities, but it was clean with friendly staff and super close to the beach. The price was unbeatable for being just a block from the beach. If you're looking for a place to sleep and shower where you can walk to the beach that's clean, this is your place.

The room was not as nice as in the pictures, the shower had mold in the lower corner and the room was missing a big piece of trim. When we first entered the room it smelled musty and dirty. I actually went around the room sanitizing everything with wipes and it was obvious that things had not been wiped down. After spraying the room with room spray and opening the windows to air it out, it was bearable. The best part about this place was that it's in walking distance to the beach and town, which is why I gave it two stars.

10/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. This place doesn't even deserve a star. The room smelled disgusting, like cigarettes. Person in the office gave us some febreze to spray the room... Bathroom was gross. Toilet paper was stuffed into a little hole in the wall. Bed sheets and pillows had stains on them, the person in the office said they were bleach stains... but ya I doubt that. I had to go buy bed sheets and cheap pillows so we didn't have to sleep on them. Talked to someone who was also staying there and they had mold in their bathroom... I tried to get a refund but the manager was not accommodating

Check in was simple but when we went into our room there were coffee stirrers on the bed and a dirty sock on the floor. It also smelled like a smoking room. We asked for a different room and at that point were told all rooms are non-smoking. The 2nd room was cleaner but there were a couple hairs on the sheets and the towels were stained. My husband sat on one side of the king bed and the mattress immediately folded upward in the middle.
Parking is tight and when we returned from dinner had to park on the street because all the parking in the lot was already taken.

Disaster! Not only did we have holes and patches in the walls of our room that were freshly patched and still wet. We were laying in bed and the fire alarm started going off, we got the maintenance man and he asked my boyfriend to take it off of the ceiling because he was too short to reach and then took it and said you don't really need this I will replace it when you check out. I will never stay here again...
