Greg was thorough and cared enough to talk my husband and I through his findings before leaving. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Greg was kind & patient enough to explain everything clearly. On top of being kind and understanding, he was extremely professional and left the house spotless. His report was delivered in a timely manner and was extremely thorough. I highly recommend Greg to any home buyer who wants a trusted inspection of their new home!

Greg was hired by a buyer of a home I built. He was very thorough. None of us enjoy having someone point out our shortcomings, but everything he mentioned in his report was a legitimate concern, and needed to be addressed. Even my sub-contractors who had to come back admitted it was reasonable. If I were purchasing a home, I would definitely hire Greg to check it out.
