We offer extremely detailed home inspections in Asheville and the surrounding western North Carolina area. Asheville Home Inspections have assisted new home buyers in Asheville, Biltmore Lake, Biltmore Forest, Brevard, Candler, Canton, Fairview, Hendersonville, Weaverville, Waynesville areas. It is common for a typical home inspection to take between 2 to 4 hours to conduct, depending on the size of the house and the condition of the house.
Some experienced buyers may prefer to arrive at the end of the inspection to do a quick debriefing. For first time home buyers, our home inspections provide an excellent education on home ownership and home maintenance. If this is your first house and you have questions(we love questions!) we encourage you to attend as much of the inspection that you can.

Services
As a professional home inspector, we are trained to identify problem areas both conspicuous and inconspicuous. There are some issues that may have been overlooked that may need immediate attention. This is true with older homes as well as newer homes. Through the inspection process, we will shed light on the strengths and weaknesses of the property.
If the home is out of the area (more than 50 miles outside of Asheville), additional cost of $50 applies. If you are unable to pay for the inspection up front, we will allow the inspection to be paid for at closing (30 days max). An additional cost of $50 applies. Please mention this at the time of scheduling.

Greg was Super professional and communicated in a timely manner. His online scheduling made it quick and easy to see when he was available, allowing for instant satisfaction rather than leaving a message and waiting for someone to reply. The online report was super easy to read and much better than other Home inspections we have gotten in the past. Overall great experience!

We cannot recommend Greg highly enough. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, he was a very clear communicator, he didn't rush us through the conversation, and he encouraged us to call him with additional questions. Each time we did call, he was quick to respond and walked us through everything we needed. We are first-time home buyers, and he explained everything extremely well and with patience, understanding, and grace. Greg is an excellent inspector! He is extremely friendly and easy to work with. He is knowledgeable and organized and provides a comprehensive report. He is also very reasonable and helpful on pricing. When we requested a second radon test to help us decide whether we needed to take action, he gave us a greatly reduced rate (1/3 the price!). He was very accommodating with our schedules and even came out on the weekend to pick up the tests. Thank you, Greg!
