I began concentrating on exercising in 1991 after having two children. I joined a fitness club and started taking classes. I liked feeling healthy and active, and I became interested in learning more about a healthy lifestyle and enrolled in fitness courses. I started teaching aerobic classes in gyms and health clubs and a few years later I began working one-on-one with clients.
Melissa Victoria makes my workouts challenging, interesting and fun. She introduces exercises that I can remember when I work out. She also trains my 89-year-old nearly blind mother. Because both of us have physical disabilities to deal with, she is patient and keeps us motivated. Melissa keeps me and my mom moving, she makes sure that the exercises don't cause either of us pain and that we are safe.
The In-Home Training Program is an alternative to the traditional personal training format, which usually takes place in a gym. It's a fun and convenient way to workout without having to leave the comfort and privacy of your own home. It's cost effective too (no gym fees). Are you uncomfortable in the gym atmosphere?
