Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines resistance training and cardio into one comprehensive, balanced system to burn 500-800 calories each 45 minute session. The Lagree method combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core, and flexibility training - increasing your stamina, strength, and core to assist in all other activities.

In the words of founder, Sebastien Lagree, "If you like to run, you will run faster and longer by incorporating Lagree in your training routine; If you like to lift weight, you will lift more weight with more explosion." Lagree MT movements are slow and controlled, and attack excess bulk in the hips and thighs and tightens the body's core muscles for abs of steel.

This is an amazing workout for those of you who want a challenge. Do not let the awkwardness of your first few classes phase you. The mega former takes some getting used to, but once you get it down you will be blown away by how awesome these workouts hard. This is intense, and you have to have some mental fortitude to hold these poses. But the instructors are phenomenal and are excellent at encouraging you to keep at it, even when you are ready to give up. It is insanely rewarding once you start to feel improvements in your strength. Definitely give this a try if you are looking for a low impact

Lagree has made my 45-year old body so much stronger and more flexible over the last year. This is interior muscular strength, the kind that you use hunting, skiing, biking, boating, and getting after the outdoor recreation that surrounds us. Do it, you won’t regret it!

All the instructors are personable and I feel comfortable during classes. I’ve had classes with Carley, Daniel, and Sterling and they’ve all been awesome. It's a great workout in 45 minutes.

Lagree is such a unique and incredible workout that I have quickly become obsessed with! The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful always! The coaches make sure to help you correct your form and understand the moves. I LOVE IT! The upbeat attitudes and atmosphere keep me coming back! All the friends I have referred here love it too. :) This workout makes your realize you really can push through and work even harder through "the shakes"! I feel like I get stronger every time and that makes me so happy! Thank you all for bringing this amazing, challenging, fun, hard workout to Missoula! You guys

Lagree is GREAT! The coaches actually coach, which seems like an all oxymoron, but it's very common to have instructors that just call out arbitrary cues and or positions. The Lagree coaches give individualized and specific form, alignment and muscle engagement cues. Plus they're super friendly, these folks are legit!! Oh and the workout is fierce! Love ALL of it!

Awesome experience so far, working on our second session where things get tougher. With their hands on education you understand the moves and machine to feel confident in the classes. So far so great!!

Excellent workout to focus on strengthening your core and muscles. The class is 45 minutes and while you are in a movement and being asked to go slow, slow, slow, slow it might seem like the minutes are dragging on, but before you know it, the class is over! It is a great workout to target areas and muscles you might not be targeting elsewhere. I have walked out feeling a little jello-y in the legs each time but I know that means I pushed myself and am getting stronger.
The staff is helpful and welcoming as well!

Every time I walk into the studio I get a welcome where there is a genuine smile. The instructors are confident and they challenge me. Lagree is tough and those slow motions make me want to stop, but the instructors guide you and they really push you to reach those goals and to be your best self.
