Services
Clark Funeral Home Inc. was established in 1991 by Steve W. Clark, a young man with simple principles: treat everyone with respect, provide a professional service and affordable, competitive pricing. This becoming the foundation of Clark Funeral Home Inc.

It was a dream fulfilled when Steve, a funeral service licensee, and his wife Joyce, a licensed funeral director and insurance agent, established a reputable business to serve the bereaved families of this and the surrounding counties with a competent staff ready to assist anyone with whatever their needs.
When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires. Pre-arranging your own service will help to ease the burden of your loved ones. It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences, which can occur among family members.
The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) furnishes upon request, at no charge to the applicant, a Government headstone or marker for the unmarked grave of any deceased eligible veteran in any cemetery around the world, regardless of their date of death. When the grave is already marked, applicants will have the option to apply for either a traditional headstone or marker, or a new device (available spring 2009).
A United States flag is provided, at no cost, to drape the casket or accompany the urn of a deceased veteran who served honorably in the U. S. Armed Forces. It is furnished to honor the memory of a veteran's military service to his or her country. Generally, the flag is given to the next-of-kin, as a keepsake, after its use during the funeral service.

Had multiple calls with this funeral in regards to them receiving my fathers body from New York and they somehow didn’t remember any of the conversations we had nor did they open a case despite all the information I gave them. Rude and lack empathy. If I could give less than one star I would.

Mr. Clark arranged for our brother ' s ashes to be shipped from Clearwater, Florida to Clark's Funeral home here in Kannapolis. There interaction between the two funeral directors could not have been better. Everything was perfect and could not have asked for anything better. This was several years ago and people are still talking about what a wonderful job Mr. Clark and staff did.

On behalf of our entire family, I want to express our gratitude to Clark Funeral Home for your kindness and skill in handling the arrangements for our loved one. You brought comfort to the family in a range of ways difficult to count, but easy to appreciate. It takes special people to do what you do and you certainly do it with style and professionalism. Even though it was a powerful closure for us. Our loss and the reality of it is just setting in — sometimes I feel it gets harder every day. I do take comfort in knowing we gave our loved one the best ending possible, thanks to you and your staff
