Digital 'bite-wing' x-rays are taken during this appointment to display upper and lower back teeth and how they touch. They are used to check for decay between the teeth and to check for bone loss. A 'panoramic' x-ray may also be taken, which shows the jaw, teeth, sinuses, nasal area and tempomandibular bone.

My family of five was canceled as patients for an over due bill of 115$ That, I didn’t even know about. I pay my bills on time and have since the day I was born. They understandably shut down their offices for covid. When I tried calling to make appts after the fact. You need to go to Dr.Drews!! If you are afraid of dentist be afraid no more!! Dr.Drews has been a great experience. Him and his staff are all super friendly and professional, but laid back enough that you feel super comfortable. It's like going to grandma's for Sunday dinner! His staff all make you feel like family everyone from front desk, billing, scheduling, and hygienist! His work is impeccable and I'm excited to continue working with him on having a healthy and beautiful smile.

Dr. Drews is so professional, kind, and caring. He really cares about his patients and never hurts us. He consistently saves us considerable money by giving us good options and advice. Great customer service! Dr. Drews repaired a filling on my 8 year old son that was causing him much pain. Always friendly, understanding and calming while my son was fighting back tears. Drew's Dental Services is the best place in the Lewiston / Auburn area to get your teeth checked. Dr. Drew and all the employees are super friendly and nice to talk to. I came in for a normal check up and clean, and they did a great job. They even re-fixed a chipped tooth I had free of charge all in the same day. The whole process took about an hour, felt like 10 minutes. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

I love this Dentist and his team !! Dr Drew was able to keep my teeth. I was afraid of having a tooth pulled being awake. Dr Drew talked me through it and it was a piece of cake. Not afraid now. They will evaluate your teeth and give you the best approach for fixing them up. He and my tooth cleaner Mindy are awesome and I love what they have done for me. when you go it's like they know you as a friend and that's how your treated. I highly recommend this Dental Service. I've been going for years to Drews Dental and would not change Dentist.
