Is not a bad place to stay. Location is good, the maintenance team is fast and desk ladies in the front are great, everything is old though. That includes the appliances. You think when they say new appliances means they were used by one or two people that lived here before but no. This appliances looked like they been used for many years. I gave it a 3 star instead of a 5 because when they have water shut offs it lasts all day. Theirs been days where I’ve been without water from early morning to evening and that’s very frustrating

Best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Prices are reasonable. Staff is nice, responsive, and remembers details about you. Maintenance is good about fixing major problems very promptly, and will fix minor issues in a perfectly reasonable timeframe.
We were very sad to move out of our Townhouse, which I will say is definitely the way to go if you’re getting a place. EXCELLENT storage, and easy to entertain small gatherings due to the half bath downstairs.

I currently live here. I love it. It’s quiet and there are lots of sidewalks for walking pets. It’s close to good schools and a nice park. If there’s an issue with the apartment maintenance comes that day and fixes it. Assigned covered parking is great too. My parking spot is right in front of my door! Front office staff is super nice. This is a great place to live.

I currently live here at Parkridge Place and my husband and I are loving it so far! The apartments are very homey and the office administrators are very welcoming! They have been kind since the beginning and have helped us immensely in the process or our extremely quick move-in. I highly recommend considering these apartments when looking to move!

Great apartments! The maintenance is always on top of things and even on call. Very quiet and great parking. Been here for almost 2 years and I love it! I was told by someone who once used to live here not to move here because they were the worst apartments ever! Glad I followed my instinct and glad I didn't listen to them!

I have lived at Parkridge Place for 5 years, and I love everything about these apartments - the staff, the location, the customer service. Maintenance is awesome! Alyssa and Tiffani in the office are the best. Everyone goes above and beyond to make certain that you are a happy tenant. Like all complexes, they also have rules and policies to follow. Follow their policies, and there should be no problems. For me, they stay in contact via my email about anything and everything. They are always quick to respond with any question or issue I might have. Covered parking is available to all tenants, pets

My husband and later baby boy got to enjoy living here from Sept 2017-Oct 2018. We left only because we were moving to Dallas. This apartment complex had superb customer service. The staff was so friendly and so sweet. The location was good. The community was nice. The prices were good. The apartment served its purpose. Of all the apartments I have ever lived in, I LOVED this one. Nothing compares. They email us when something may happen, whether it's maintenance or a sweet pizza party. Currently, I'm in a terrible apartment complex in Dallas and I just wish it would be as good as Parkridge

I am a pharmacy student here in Abilene and after searching for a month I finally found this place -boy am I glad I did! I have been living here since the end of July and I absolutely love it here! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and personable. Any time
I have a problem they are willing to help and all maintenance requests have been done in a timely manner. The maintenance men are very good at explaining the problem and fixing it quickly.
There have been a couple times that there were loud neighbors but the staff was on call to hear the request and was able to get them to quiet down
