My boyfriend and I worked closely with the staff at their leasing office. Everyone was very professional, friendly, timely, and very easy to work with and answered all of our questions and helped us out to find a unit that fit our needs. We love the property and the staff here.

Stonegate is a wonderful, pet friendly place to live. I love the location and the amenities. The staff is super helpful. They helped me through the process of moving in and are always so quick to respond when I need something. Absolutely love living here!

We moved into these apartments in mid-August. The AC went out. We did not have AC for over two weeks. They gave us a tiny window unit for the entire two bedroom apartment. It was almost laughable. Our AC doesn't blow strong and our apartment does not cool. Our baby monitor shows our daughter's room at 78 plus degrees at night with our AC on! We had a personal window unit to keep our apartment bearable. We have now been asked to remove it. Apparently the AC cools to the correct temperature, but the blow is so faint that it is simply unacceptable. I would NOT recommend Stonegate. The staff is friendly

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Great location and prices, the staff knows who you are and are extremely friendly and any work requests I have are taken care of usually the same day I put them in. Compared to other complexes in the area, you get the most bang for your buck here.

I absolutely love that part of the utilities are included. I'm near transportation which was a must for me. Most of all I am so happy that my 50lb fur baby was accepted here. I looked at other places that restricted the weight to a much smaller dog. I guess you can tell I am happy living at Stonegate.

As a resident of almost 3 full years. The apartments themselves aren’t terrible.They’re old so it’s inevitable your ac goes out or something doesn’t work and when it does they’ll blame it on you. Their management is a joke to say the least. They’ll do anything to screw you over. Do yourself a favor and rent or buy a house.

I got a new job and had less than 2 weeks to move from state to state,. The leasing team at Stonegate was so helpful! They gave me all the information I needed and were quick to update me and follow up as we went through the process. I’ve been here going on 7 months now and have been really satisfied with the office team, maintenance, and amenities!

I like this apartment complex and I've lived all over. They're responsive to work orders, the laundry facilities are well-maintained, they have dog park areas, close to good schools, and I haven't had an issue with noise, traffic, neighbors, vandalism, etc.
My complaint: There are a lot of pigeons.
That's it.
(and the internet ($65) is included in the rent and it's fantastic.
