My wife and I lived in The Wooten for our first year here in Abilene, and we really enjoyed it. The building is kept very clean, and Melissa and Jerry do a great job of making sure all your needs are taken care of.
Our apartment was on the 16th floor so we had a great view of the city, and the surrounding area. The apartments are very spacious and our one bedroom was a little over 900 sq. feet.
Inside the apartment we had a stackable washer and dryer inside of what I considered the front closet. This did limit us to only having the closet in our bedroom to store most of our things.

Very cool, not badly priced either. Seems to be close to $1 per sq ft, downtown Abilene is also growing.
