The first time i came the older lady told me she wasn’t able to help me at that moment that i need it to call and make an appointment and she gave me a business card.
I came back for my “appointment” in a different day
And she said that the other lady who was going to take care of me wasn’t available and that she was booked for the day
( there was no body in the salon when i walked in)
I left very upset
Randomly i came-back a different day and there was different nice and younger lady she helped me to get may eyebrows done and gave me a consultation
I asked her is it was necessary

I always leave Cove Hair Salon with an amazing haircut and color. I was pleased with their COVID restrictions and felt very safe and comfortable. The ladies are so kind and accommodating, and always pleasant. I would highly recommend any one of the hair stylists to a friend or family member!!!

Everyone here treats you like you're a part of the Cove family. The owner is super friendly and outgoing.
I have been going to Kelsey for almost 3 years and coming here was the best move ever. Kelsey listens to what I want and my concerns etc. and she always executes. She makes me feel like a I am more than a paying customer..more like a part of the Cove family and that means alot. She is super personable and someone I can rely on to do an excellent job.

I would like to share and promote my experience with Cove Salon and specifically Erin. I had a wedding which was out of state for me. Cove accommodated my schedule, did a wonderful job on my hair and did my makeup. I felt like a princess all evening. They are kind, listen to your wants and the end result was awesome. Not an easy job when your 66! Thank you Erin and Cove Salon.

I bought a Groupon for this business and was IMMEDIATELY turned off by the way I was treated upon calling in to book the appointment. Must've been around 10 am one Saturday morning. I simply asked what was their next availability for a haircut. The lady who replied said: "I can get you in this afternoon for a wet-cut." I said, I'm sorry the package I bought was for a deep condition, hair cut, and blow-dry. (That's when she realized I must be a Groupon customer)...Because her tone of voice and attitude COMPLETELY CHANGED. Like she was angry that I bought a Groupon or something

I fell for the balayage Groupon :( I've NEVER had a worse color experience. When she finished putting the foils in in 20 minutes, I knew there was a problem. I was just shocked by the result. Brassy yellow chunks that stopped in a line about an inch from my scalp! When I pointed out it looked like I had roots, the stylist said "well that's balayage!" Uh.... no. I've had it done before and it has NEVER looked like this! She ended up smushing in some brown toner to break up the bleached chunks. That dye was unevenly distributed, so those chunks now look splotchy! I've

I got a balayage, cut, conditioning treatment and blow out from Kelsey and have never loved the outcome of my hair so much! She knew that bleach would destroy my hair in the condition it is in, so she used a different technique to lift my color. It looks natural and beautiful and feels healthier than it ever has! I have been getting so many compliments and after many failed attempts of getting it done elsewhere or on my own, I am finally ecstatic with the results. I purchased the groupon for the balayage with conditioning treatment, cut, and dry. I discussed how I have never had balayage, but thought it would be easier for me to upkeep with that rather than full highlights since they don't go up to the root. Erin said since it was my first time having balayage, she would go up higher since it would last longer. I agreed, since she sounded like she knew what she was doing and I told her already exactly what I DIDNT want. The cut was good, and with the blow dry and style, I could tell it was not balayage

*Updated to 1 star because I woke up this morning and hated it even more.
The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because 1 seems rude, and they have decent parking and the place is cute and my hairstylist was sweet.
HOWEVER, I bought a groupon for a balayage for $79 and I wish I didn't. I came in with like 4 inch roots and left the same way. She literally just put dye on that same dark area and apparently called it a day. It is not a balayage, so I'm super disappointed. We talked about the hair too and she kept saying "Well you can always add more dark or light" while

I used cove hair salon service about a year back. I used a groupon deal for hair color, wash and cut!
I was a satisfied customer who got a wonderful hair cut and some balayage highlights and everything!
But after about 6 months my hair started to tangle and get sooooo ruff! It's been a year but I still suffer :(
I know bleaching may have caused that but had I known or had I been informed that that's not for my hair I wouldn't have ever gone for that!!
I don't like to spread negativity and hence I still give the 3 stars because I was definitely a happy customer then!

I purchased the Groupon deal of 79.99 for a full highlites plus other services. The issue was with the highlites. Long story short, I had red in my hair and went in to get a full head of color and over it I wanted the highlites. I called and set an appointment explaining to woman that I wanted these services plus I had the Groupon. She set it up and explained it would be an additional 60 for the full color on top of the Groupon for highlites. I arrived and she told me my hair was in need of a color correction and the only way she can get rid of red hair was to dye it black! Not

This place was terrible. My hair looks nothing like a balayage. It looks more like a highlight job gone wrong. They didn't even tone my hair to get the brassy-ness out. They wanted to charge me an extra $35 on top of my groupon. I said forget Sally's has toner cheaper then that. Instead I went straight to target to buy more box dye for my hair. Never suggesting this place to anyone. Never going back.

I bought a Groupon for this place for a balayage, haircut, and conditioning treatment. Although, I'm never one to complain- I felt like my hair was being rushed on even though there was nobody there through out my hair process. It feels like they treat the customers with Groupon's with less care than their other customers because they're spending less. And not to mention, every hair cut done here looks very out dated and very much similar (all balayage done here look like highlights). I left this place very unsatisfied because my hair looks like I got highlights rather than a balayage

I got a bayalage and a haircut done here with Erin and she was so fast and did a great job. I came back a few weeks later and had a bang trim and an eyebrow was with Kelsey. The salon is clean and adorable I'm the inside. Amazing experiences both times with both ladies and will definitely come back.

This review is for a Groupon I bought for my niece for a balayage hair color treatment. I bought it for around 50 bucks and went with my niece and sat for a very pleasant 3 1/2 hour coloring treatment.

Yes this place is located in a dingy and kinda old and ran down strip mall. It looks like the 80s old Wild West . The interior is ok and clean. That's all that matters! It's really cute that all the golden girls hang out here. It feels good to go to a place where their regulars literally have been coming to the same place for years and years and years and years.

Great experience! I just got my hair cut there using a Groupon deal. I got a haircut, blow dry and conditioning treatment for $29, so I'm not sure the cost of just a regular haircut, and an eyebrow wax for $12. Enjoyable from start to finish! I have an undercut, so its a fast process for a haircut. My stylist was Erin, who was very nice and did my hair well. This is not exactly a walk-in ready salon, so make sure to make an appointment!

Had a very pleasant experience today, March 13, 2014 at the Cove Hair Salon. Christina the stylist had a real challenge with me. I had not cut my hair in 10 years. It was salt and pepper colored, kinky and long. Christina cut it in an asymmetrical layered style and we colored it a beige blonde. It turned out great. I am going back next Saturday to get highlights! Thank you, Christina all you did!
