We were in room 709 over the Christmas holiday. The room was clean and in pretty good condition, furniture was not so hot. It was a huge corner room. Brass was okay, but things are really starting to fall apart around there. We have all stayed at these motels owned by indians, so everyone should be used to mediocre conditions

I booked the room thru expedia for the main strip on pigeon forge TN and it was nothing like the photos online. The concrete floors and walls leading to the room were stained and dirty, the exterior doors did not seal at the bottom there was a huge gap to the outside. They had been spray painted where the old paint had peeled off the exterior doors and trim wasn't even the same color looked like graffiti cover up. inside was disgusting floors had cheap laminate installed that had wet sticky spots on it, walls were dirty literally stained marks on the walls, lighting was horrible, when I used my

We we're very disappointed . The room had 2 beds and a TV that half the channels didn't work and it was bare to the bone for sure. There was not even a tissue box in the room but thankfully I travel with paper towels. We had no hot water. They definitely need to update their rooms! And please put coffee makers in the rooms for us coffee drinkers... I do want to add that the lady working in the office who checked us in was extremely nice and professional.

You get what you pay for. The pictures on the website are very out dated. The hotel is not being maintained. Water pressure was bad, warm water not hot water for showers, not cleaned well we seen a lot of cobwebs, the indoor heated pool is heated but the pumps are not always on so it gets cool and no heat in the pool room so the room gets cold, no managers available to talk to. I would not recommend.

We booked a room for 11/26 - 11/28 for a quick birthday trip for my daughter. Me and my husband stayed here in November of 2020 and had no issues so we figured it would be a good place to book again because it’s in a great location. We arrived 11/26 and when we got checked in (which we got to check in early) we went to the room. Once we got in the room and unpacked my husband kept complaining he smelt dog and I noticed dog hair on everything. I stripped the sheets down and got new ones just in case our bedding wasn’t changed before check in like it was supposed to. Around 2:45am I rolled over

We got a suite so we could have a little speration from the kids. There were doors that you could close in between rooms, but that kinda defeats the purpose when you have only one air unit in the front room. If you close the doors, the back room gets no air. The location is nice but that's about as far as it goes. The rooms are kinda outdated, the pool is tiny, and the ice machine looked like it was 100 years old. I would stay here again if it was cheap enough, but would not be my first choice.

I booked this property through a 3rd party Travel site off of somewhat decent reviews and photos from the website. Upon Arrival on Sunday night I was asked to initial a form stating I would not have pets or smoke. Once we got to the room we noticed several Red Flags- electrical outlets with no covers, falling ceiling tiles in the bathroom, no hot water in the shower, a dirty envelope asking for “housekeeping tips”, a toilet that literally sat angled bc it was right on top of the tub, a TV that didn’t work, a strong smell of mildew/mold, and cigarette smoke that came in from under the door

Absolutely DO NOT stay here unless you enjoy sleeping with bugs!! I work for a pest control company, I absolutely know what bed bugs are! I also know that you never take your belongings into a facility without checking! Within 30 seconds of pulling sheets back, there were bed bugs crawling! I even have a photo that I can’t get to load. Mr. Patel refused to refund our money even after we immediately left the facility! He called and was absolutely rude about The Whole situation saying that I have no clue what I was talking about! I absolutely do know what I was looking at!!

They voucher for the free breakfast and drink, or $5 for buffet, was not a true bargain. The three of us got buffet one drink one water and one milk. Our bill was $25. That made the milk worth $5.34. When it was listed on menu $2.79. There was only one refill on a soft drink, which was to be free. We had donut and fruit from hotel our last day. The hair dryer did not work. There was a paper bag under bench that was left by last person, and carpet could have been vacuumed a little better. Otherwise, it was fine, especially accepting pets. Big PLUS.
