Not a bad hotel, formerly a Holiday Inn. There are a lot of small things that need improvement. The breakfast is included, but doesn't change hardly and needs more variety. The projector for the movie in the pool area is a joke, needs a new bulb or upgraded. This is a 2.5 star hotel, 3 on a really good day. If the prices were right, I'd stay here again but rather stay at a Hilton or IGH brand.

This establishment is nothing more than an old runner down hotel with a sub par face lift. There room rates are are extremely high for what they offer. The rooms look worn, and certain items are makeshift. The attempted remodel or whatever that tried to work on was done by incompetent people. The shower we had was remodeled. The only issue was it was not level, so the shower door kept sliding down the angle. The hotel was extremely loud at night with younger guests running up and down the hallways in the middle of the night. In addition, extremely younger guests found it thrill in jumping into

We stay here every year when we come to Tennessee for the IGES Trade Show. The hotel is always clean and the new showers are super! Lots of shelves for all your toiletries, which I have a lot of! There was a small issue with my room, but right away Brandon took care of it for me. Chastity and Veronica were so friendly and made me feel like I knew them. Thanks for your hospitality, we will be back next year! They also have the best breakfast buffet around! Pool and hot tub are open 24 hours and there is usually delicious complimentary popcorn around too! Thanks for another great stay!

This place is so nice. It truly is a 4 (should be a 5) star hotel. The people that work here is so nice and friendly. Last night they made popcorn and you got to watch a movie while you were in the pool. The rooms are so clean. They serve a great breakfast and at night on the weekends they have a really nice bar - lounge. I will be back . The rooms at least ours was sound proof. We didn't hear anything from the hall.

Such a let down. We had high hopes based on the pictures, but to my fault I didn't have time to do proper research like usual due to the short time frame I had to book something quick. When you walk in or pull up it looks beautiful, but then you go to your rooms. Our room smelled very musty and looked nothing like the pictures. The bathroom is gross and looks dirty, except the shower is nice. The sink gets clogged and drains very slowly and one of our towels was dirty with toothpaste on it. The paint on the walls is chipped and looks like a botched paint job. Lastly, the door frames look like

We quickly booked a stay at the Ramsey without doing the normal amount of research that we put into our trips. Upon calling for an early check-in, we were placed on hold for a very long time. The lady came back and said we could check-in whenever we wanted cause we were so patient. Great start. When checking in, there were a lot of red flags. The lady at the desk seemed very confused and overwhelmed and there was no one else even waiting. She wasn't sure if there were any clean rooms. The hotel lobby looked decent, albeit not as nice as the pictures online. Our room was okay. Again, not as

Upon arriving at the Ramsey Hotel the staff was very friendly. as soon as payment was made the helpful attitude went away. We checked in on Sunday, took a shower, not thinking we would not see any house keeping.
Monday morning at 9 AM we called house keeping about clean towels and wash clothes, 10:15 we called the front desk and was promised that our supplies would delivered promptly. after another hour wait I went to the Concierge where I was told my requested supplies would be right up. Finally I called the property manager, a very cold speaking man, after about another hour wait we FINALLY

This was my first time ever staying at The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center in Pigeon Forge. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Even though the restaurant is closed because of COVID, they did make sure to have a boxed breakfast for your convenience from 7-10 AM every morning. Jess was there almost every morning with a smile to assist. I forgot my jacket in the lobby and Paula, front desk attendant, knew it was mine and had it taken to my room for me. (The jacket was irreplaceable because it is an official jacket from my sons old university.) Needless to say, I was overjoyed by her attention

I don't know where to begin. Entering this establishment was BEAUTIFUL. SOOOO eloquently decorated for the holidays and seemed amazing. Truly a 4 star hotel. Then we got to the room. Much smaller and dated than photos indicated. Bathrooms are TINY. By day two, after night one, of a four night stay.... we realized the carpet was saturated by condensation dripping from windows... soon to find out this was because there are NO VENT FANS IN THE BATHROOMS! With a family of 5, shower time turned the entire room into a sauna. All of our belongings were damp from the humidity in the room and the

My family has been going to Tennessee for some 30 years and by far this is the best hotel that we've ever stayed at. When we got to the hotel the nice people at the front desk Saw my kids in told me that at 6 o'clock where the pool area is they start showing movies with free popcorn. So naturally my son and daughter got their bathing suits on and we went down to the pool and absolutely had the best time. The had a little bar that the adults could walk up through to get a ice cold refreshing beverage in the swimming pool with so big with the waterfall and hot tub in the best thing of

We stayed here for one night while we attended a wedding. The hotel is near Parkway and very accessible to the strip. The pool was fun, and the hot tub were nice. The "pool towels" that they provide are a joke. They're more like very thin wash cloths, so bring your towels from the room or ask for additional towels.
Now the rooms, definitely not worth what we paid for the night, but apparently since this is a good spot on the strip (and not a motel), then that's what you get? I don't know. Expected a little bit more. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathrooms

I took my kids to The Ramsey and we had an incredible time. Multiple family friends stayed at the hotel during the same weekend and we simply can't wait to go back. The room was freshly renovated and well-priced, the complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful and everyone was able to find options that worked well for them which, with kids, is not always the case when dining out. The adults enjoyed the beautiful bar area and easy dinner while the kids enjoyed the free popcorn, movie and awesome rock pool. Those were actually "bonus" finds that we didn't expect to be so

Don't be fooled by the pictures on their website. It's enhanced photography. The rooms are old and outdated. The elevator is slow and hot. The breakfast is HORRIBLE!! No bacon, pancakes, waffles or even an omelette station. There were so many dirty plates that I found myself going through them and handing them off to the staff. Then I was told that they had hired a new dishwasher but then fired him the next day. The staff was apologetic but jeez. They can do better with breakfast.
