My wife and I met friends in Pigeon Forge last weekend and had booked adjoining rooms at the Arbors. Having never been there before we were excited based on the pictures on the Internet. On arrival though we find that the hotel is on a very busy road and surrounded by parking lots. With this, we were a little disappointed that they had taken pictures that falsely represented the locale of the facility. It seemed a little deceitful. But, that aside, check-in was quick and easy and they had real keys, wow, and they had a packet of information ready for us with our name on it. We find that there

I would love to leave a better review here however we just can't. We picked Arbors since they were pet friendly and when we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a small utility trailer with us and one of the staff members allowed us to park in the field since it was easier in and out. We were talking to the worker about our family pet being it is a pot belly pig, which by the way is smaller than most of the other pets at this hotel and he said no problem at all we are a pet friendly hotel. Awesome right? WRONG. After 4 days we received a call from the front desk and the

We have stayed here 4 times and every time has been AWESOME! The room has been immaculate, staff was friendly and accommodating. This hotel has made updates to their rooms and bathrooms. For the money, you get so much for less than other hotels are charging.
I would definitely recommend Arbors to everyone!!!! We will be back over and over again!

Great place to stay! Initially booked due to the great rates. Room was very clean with my kids favorite added bonus of the towel elephant waiting for them. Service was amazing and almost a blast from the past as it's not easy to come by quality service these days. Pool open 24 hrs. You will receive a voucher for free pancakes each morning or you can upgrade to a full breakfast buffet for 5 dollars at a restaurant across the street....it too had amazing service and awesome food. Close to many attractions. Truthfully a great place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel 4/25/2017 and on 8/24/2018 they charged my Visa card almost $400. When I called they said there was another person with my same name. My question is how do you make a reservation online or over the phone and not get a credit card number? They said they charged it to my credit card that they had on file.... from over a year ago! They left my checking account with $15 left in it. They said they were sorry it happened but when I get my money back is between me and my bank. Terrible!!! Just want to make sure everyone knows this is how you treat your customers. And their

I'd love to give this place a 4 star but, I just can't. Here's why; I don't quite know if they are just remodeling, renovating or just lazy when removing appliances from the rooms. There were many fridges and ac units just sitting in hallways near entrances and doorways. There were also quite a few linen bins and cleaning supplies in hallways, in the parking lot and near rooms. Inside the room was a fridge with someone's container of pineapple. This isn't the first time leftovers have been found when checking into a room. The room only has a shower with a rain

I would give this hotel 2.5 stars. The staff was extremely friendly, there is always fresh coffee in the lobby, and the bathroom (in our room) was nicely renovated. Cons: this is a LOUD hotel. You can hear people walking the floors at all hours of the night, the maid staff is incredibly loud in the morning regardless of "do not disturb" signs, so there is NO sleeping in. The towels are old, thin, and inadequate. The shower head was weak for someone with a lot of hair- it took me forever to wash it with the weak flow. The elevator is slow. But they are still under renovation. It's

Seemed friendly at first, front desk was good but other than that could not understand any other employee when asking a question. Not a fan of dodging traffic to get across the street for a few pancakes they offer either. Rooms were...well...ok to say the least. Figured out there are much better places in the area that are much better for the same price or better. One star for being hopeful and then slowly dropped......and obviously faster than their sketchy elevator

Very clean! The front desk staff was accommodating. They have coffee and donuts at all times in the lobby. The rooms were spacious, had many mirrors, and were spotless. They have campfires outdoors every night including smores. Our stay included a free pancake breakfast with a beverage at the restaurant across the way. For just five dollars more you can upgrade to the full buffet which we did. Great location as well!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Arbors. My husband wanted to do some trout fishing and this was the perfect place to stay in order for him to do so. It was right in the river so he was able to wade in right off the bank and fish the stream. The view while sitting by the stream was nice for me as well. There was large a fire pit by the river (we didn't get to see this one lit) as well as a huge picnic table and a couple of other tables and chairs to relax in. There was a volleyball net and horseshoe pit too. Each night there was a small fire pit going with marshmallows and all the

Booked based on good reviews and the pool. Very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs. My son was pretty devastated and I wish someone would have disclosed this upon booking.
Room was clean and service very friendly. I loved the outdoor space right near the creek. Also loved the fruit, lemonade and coffee available at reception.
Location was great! Walking distance to The Island.

Drove 10 hours to get here, check in starts at 4 but we made it in a little before 3. No problem, they checked us right in told us some useful information, gave us a welcome packet and we helped ourselves to some coffee and donuts. Room was a great price. The MOST comfortable bed I have ever laid in!! Ugh, I barely wanted to get up in the mornings and do "vacation stuff" with the fireplace going keeping me warm and toasty in that wonderful bed. We kept do not disturb sign on door all 3 nights we stayed so never received housekeeping services, but with the two of us we never needed extra

An older hotel, but very nice rooms, and great distance (walking even) to the Island. I think it needs a little more upgrades, but all in all- a great hotel. Aside from the one time the shower curtain fell on me while I was taking a shower. They need to screw them in, before someone gets hurt. Staff is very friendly. We would stay again.

I travel weekly and am incredibly impressed by this hotel. They have given the property a beautiful appeal outdoors and in the suites! I even walked in to a towel elephant which made me smile and gave a cute personal touch. They gave me a packet to to activities in the areas and some very useful coupon books. There is 1 small firepower and another large lit nightly which are great places to wind down and participate in the free marshmallow roast by the river. I paid less than $100 for my night and am so happy I did!! Definitely recommended.

Stopped by here on my way back to the Northeast after a long day at the Smoky Mountains. Overall a very good stay for the price (~$60 for a two queen beds room) especially since I came during off season (week after Thanksgiving). The hotel is located right off the main road and can be kind of hard to see the sign at night since the whole block is quite illuminated with signs and advertisements.
Once I checked in though the night was excellent. There are some complimentary refreshments and fruits by the front desk and the staff are quite friendly that made me to suspect this is a family owned

I will try not to let my hatred of Pigeon Forge prejudice my views of this hotel. Actually, we were very happy with the hotel itself. It is located on the parkway within walking distance of "The Island". (The parkway itself is absolute HELL to try to get around on).
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and the price is very affordable. I definitely would recommend it to anyone who plans to visit the hell hole known as Pigeon Forge. lol
