Poor experience. Their ad states they offer free estimates. Absolutely NOT THE CASE. I stated I thought I needed a new cartridge in my shower. The technician unscrewed the handle to check it out. Stated I did need a new cartridge. After he gave me a price of $395, I thought was high and told him I think I will need to other bids, he says, well you owe me $89.00 for the work I did today. I say what work , all he did was remove the knob to determine the estimate. He says we'll that's what you owe. I called the office and told them all he did was unscrew the knob and she said the technician can charge

We had some flooding issues in our patio this past weekend and called for service...plumber said he would be out with in a couple hours...by the time he came the clog had resolved & the plumber was super cool about us not needing his services after all...would highly recommend just based on great customer service.

I got Sweetwater through Homeadvisor or Angies list (both same company operating under two names I am told, to con people) and technitian looked at the main water pipe which we have exposed (as shown in the picture) he gave a quote for $1100 to replace the leaking coupling with two and bit of copper. I was stunned to say the least and I sarcastically asked how many days this job will take since the material cost was less than $100. He said about two hours and I said thank you and send him away. I was quoted $350 and I wanted another quote thinking he is overcharging me at least by fifty dollars

Sweetwater Plumbing has Ruben as a plumbing technician, he is the best, he is a pro, he knows what he is doing and straight to the point and get things done properly and quickly. I always ask for him every time I call Sweetwater plumbing.

Our water heater was leaking and I called to see when someone was available. We had a technician at our house the next morning. Robert went above and beyond to get our new water heater installed in a timely manner and even helped my husband with some other plumbing questions while our old water heater was draining. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. Friendly staff with quick response time.

We ended up not using Sweetwater Plumbing. The tech, Miguel Ruiz was very knowledgable and professional. He gave me his opinion on what the issues could be. However, he needed a camera to inspect the line and the camera was an additional charge. I had another plumber coming by and we ended up using them. Because of Miguel's professionalism, I would not hesitate to use Sweetwater Plumbing.

I was happy with Installation, until the Plumber left & water was not working on my kitchen. This occur on a Friday, Unfortunately he couldn’t come back until Monday because he doesn’t work during those days. We contact the office & than he contact us back, he stated we got him in trouble. We only wanted our water to work, that was never our intention. I decided to contact another plumber to correct the issue & also work on another project. Quality & Service is everything to me. If you go with this company, have your plumber test everything before they leave.

I want to start out by saying I did not use this company. I found them on Yelp. I own a rental condo in Montclair. My tenant called and advised the water supply valve for the toilet was leaking. It was a compression fitting. I requested a quote over the phone. The technician, Ray Munoz, called me back and gave me a quote of $325. I knew it was an $8 part at Home Depot. I don't mind a company making a living but I don't want to be gouged. I called another company and got the job done for less than $190. I discovered a big time leak near my main line water meter! Using the "Angi" app, I found Sweetwater Plumbing. Susanne was great and dispatched a plumber out immediately. Freddie arrived quickly, did an initial assessment of the problem and provided a quote. After some digging around in the underground meter box, Freddie realized it may take more effort than originally planned (maybe would need some breaking-up of concrete to access the pipe.) Then Freddie thought more about it and got creative! He found a way to get the job done, not having to break my concrete, and save me thousands

Absolutely AMAZING and QUICK service! Our water heater went out this past weekend and we were in search of a Plumber and could not find one until I looked up Sweet Water, they responded and answered very quickly and the Plumber Luis was super sweet and helped with the water heater so quickly!!! I called Sweet water Plumbing to inspect my hot water heater. They send out a service Tech the same day. Young man comes in, inspects my heater for about 3 minutes & informs me that I will be needing a new water heater. He sends me the invoice & it's $1,975 for new heater & haul. I call another plumber & he arrives the next day & is able to diagnose, order parts & fix my water heater for under $500 ($300 for new gas valve with pilot assembly + $150 labor.)

Called for help because we thought roots had hit the line again. Bob showed up and was fast at clearing it, unfortunate found more roots issues with the camera afterwards.
Price was the price quoted and the job was done in 40 minutes. I'd recommend them for simple things but as you know big jobs from companies can cost more than finding others to do the same for less.
So call them for simple work, Bob did a great job.
