I came here for at 1021am for a 1030am appointment for my mother. At the time of check-in I was informed she would be called in 5 minutes. An hour later my dad got up to ask how much further was the wait at which time we were informed that there were still 4 patients ahead of my mom. I proceeded to ask how that was possible at which time I was told that there system had crashed delaying supposedly all patients. But, patients who checked in after my mom were being called. This office has a huge sign when you enter requesting social distancing. Which is impossible to do considering the amount of

I met Jenny Marin and she was a delight, very informative about the clinic and the service. When I got there with my wife, I was treated very well the staff is truly the epitome of customer services, and the Doctor. Dr. Serrano was also a delight, very attentive and inquisitive to establish a base line and to see if any treatment was needed... I am so glad to have this clinic and Dr.

If I could give them a Zero I would. Never been treated so bad over the phone. I called 4 times. First call they put me threw nurse. She puts me on hold. Call went back to switch board and rang for ever no one pickup. Seventeen minutes later. I called again no one pickup. Hold was 24 min. Then I called again receptionist was the MOST RUDE person I have ever delt with. In a rude attitude she gave me appt and did not let me talk she hung up on me. I called back and they sent call to call center.AM EXTREMELY UPSET.

This is by far the worst doctors office I have worked with. They are impossible to get in with probably because they are only often 4 1/2 days a week and have over done their patient load. On top of that I really feel discriminated at the fact I don't speak spanish and even had one girl trying to teach me when I was in there one day. I needed documents signed for school so I could start medical clinicals and started the process in May (now August), even sending them the original email I had sent and they still said they had never seen it and it would be at least another week. This place is terrible. If it wasn't for how convenient the location was, I probably wouldn't of never gone in the first place.

1). If you have an appointment say at 430. Go in at 330. I kid you not I waited an HOUR after my appointment time to be seen. I don't know if they double book or what the case may be.

2). If you need ANY medical records imported or exported throughout offices, CALL YOURSELF. I was supposed to have records sent to an specialist for almost a week and they didn't release them and even failed to tell me why they did not after having my doctor and I
