Thank you so much Trilogy for your amazing service! I could not think of any other Home Health Company to use. Upon my mother being discharged from the hospital downtown, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do with her being on IV Antibotics and requiring assistance with it. Working full time and trying to figure out how I was going to be able to do IV Antibotics, it became overwhelming. Thank you to the physician who suggested Trilogy, we had a wonderful Nurse name Dailet who came in and was able to do my Mom’s IV everyday allowing me to still attend to my job. On top of this we had the assistance

Wow. What a professional organization. I worked with Denise directly and I felt so assured that she cared for my mom. She even came late on a Friday to ensure everything was okay. She had a special knowledge of her oxygen needs. This experience (after the hospital) was cumbersome, but they lead me through every step of the way. Would HIGHLY recommend.

One word - AWESOME! I have never in my life seen such a professional company in my life. From the sales staff calling to check in on my parents and always being available to the office staff being so friendly and easy to work with when it comes to my parents doctors appointments and trying get their nurses and therapists scheduled. Having two parents ill at the same time makes things very difficult however, thanks to Trilogy and their communication to not only family but their physicians, my parents were well in no time! Their physician was right when they said they are the best company in town

Trilogy Home Health did an amazing job from start to finish. The representative that came to visit my Aunt at NCH Downtown was very informative on what to expect from the office staff calling to verify my Aunts information all the way to the Nurse calling us to set up our first visit. Upon discharge from the hospital we were seen the next day by a wonderful Nurse named Hector followed by our physical therapist Jim. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my Aunts return home was safe as well as she had all the services needed to be back on her feet in no time. I would not use any other

My neighbor used this company and it was such a disaster. She had random clinical staff showing up for visits without calling ahead, sometimes two of them would show up at the same time like PT and RN, communication was lacking amongst the staff and with the patient and the office staff management is no help at all! This place is a joke!

My mother in law was initially apprehensive about having clinical staff come into her home, but after her initial visit by nurse Eric she was put at ease. She was happy with her nurse who she said was super personable as well as her physical therapist. She requested a home health aid and the office staff facilitated getting an order from a doctor so that she could receive help with her showers. Thanks trilogy for helping my mother in law get back on her feet.
