Our certified nurse aide would make the living environment of our patients more comfortable and safe to live in as they recover from surgery or an injury. We believe that the home has a calming effect on a patient who is recovering. That is why we have Certified Nurse Aides who can make the home of our patients clean, orderly, and safe, which are essential for their full recovery.
Certain health conditions such as a disability or recent injury may hinder patients from traveling to the hospital for their doctor's appointment. This is because they may be too weak or it may be too dangerous to travel. That is why Amerivita Home Health Care offers doctor home visits so our patients can remain in their homes for their own convenience while receiving the necessary medical care from our professional doctors.
Medical social workers start by evaluating the psychological, social, or financial issues of our patients and provide them with assistance as needed. We make the necessary support available where and when you need it. We understand the stress you may get when you have been spending all your time managing a certain health condition, which is why our medical social worker would be committed to helping you in any way they can.
Our main goal in occupational therapy is to help our patients maintain their daily living skills and have an independent, productive life despite the health condition that they are going through. Do not trust this Company, they no credibility, No care for patient and families. Trust the neutral and negative reviews. My ailing mother in law was left without an aide for many weeks. Wife called the head office numerous times explained the situation, and staff promised her to call back which never happened. Nothing changed with my mother in laws insurance that’s why we were furious that they stopped sending an aide. Days and weeks has gone by with no call from the agency, no care no aide whatsoever. Finally, we were able to find a new home health company that is loving and caring.

The administration and owners of the company they don’t care about their patients care and very unprofessional and always lying about everything. The only good what they really have is their nurses and health support staff but the company doesn’t even appreciate their staff. When You could call the company they will hangup the phone of you and will leave you with out service not even care about the patient health status. I will not recommend it they will leave your family hanging without health care. They will tell you will call you back and never do. I don’t understand why they have company

I greatly appreciated the honest and trustworthy staff who came to my home while I was at work and took excellent care of my ailing father. They helped him with toileting, fed him, and made him comfortable. I was called/texted when they arrived at my home, and again when they were leaving.
As a medical provider, I understand how the level of care can impact the receipant of such care. Simply put, the care from Amerivita was top notch!

Don't trust this company (Amerivita in Winter Garden). This is the worst home care company I've worked for. They will take your case from you and give it to one of their Hispanic friends and will try to send you far away, like in Melbourne or somewhere and you say that you can't drive 2 hours away, they will remove you from the schedule. If you are not good friends with the two people who are making the schedule or if you are not Hispanic like them ( who make the schedule), don't waste your time because they won't give you any hours. The owners seem like good people but they need to look into the
