Was told by management at Westlake Gardens apartment in White Settlement Tx that AVPM didn't approve of maintenance fixing the water over the weekend so they are just starting now. We haven't had water in a week and was told by the office that corporate doesn't think that is a problem. Never rent from AVPM, from what management at Westlake has said they do not care about the residents or the property, only money.

My apartment is now infested with FLEAS!!! I still have not heard back from corporate!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Im dealing with a rat infestation in del Rey village and have not gotten a call back from corporate in over a month!!!! So unprofessional but I will get to the bottom of this. You will not just ignore my phone calls and voicemail!!!

The new management does not take responsibilities for any complaints made at Carriage House apartments in Arlington. They also have people working in the office that were in contact with someone with covid. mind you people are still dropping off rent and application fees to these people and no notice or precautions have been made. Corporate also will not reach out to you when you contact them regarding your complaints. I have been trying to reach someone for over a month. I know you received the messages because my office called me asking to appeal with me about my complaint to corporate. This

A V Property Management Corporation is the worst company to ever do business with. I lived at a property in Lewisville, TX (Willow Ridge). The management and property was horrible. I rented here from September 2017-July 2018. While residing there, we complained to management about the maintenance issues we had since the move in date and nothing got fixed. We eventually had to contact the City of Lewisville to do an inspection of our unit where they agreed we were living in unsafe living conditions and demanded the property to fix the unit! We leased an apartment from AVPM (Ashleye Village) without being able to view the actual apartment - so we viewed a 1 bedroom that was supposed to be the same. There were 2 major discrepancies (about the floors and balcony) in what we were told about the apartment and there was nothing we could do after signing the lease. We were told all maintenance requests were handled within 48 hours and that there was a 24 hour line for emergency requests.

The original money order was given to Tahlia, who had me sign a letter that I would be refunded . I've been patient for 4 months and been given the run around and lied. I've sat in the office while listening to leasing agents be rude to prospective renters and current residents. I've been promised what was owed to me and I've been lied to on numerous occasions.
