Although not an end user of the results of the engineered components I depend directly on the data received to accurately field stake the pilings and have not had one bad experience, all positive. Information requested is forwarded in a very timely manner, unheard of in our line of work here as land surveyors. I do wish other disciplines conducted business like Koly.
